For reference we booked the presidential suite connecting to an executive room for two nights. On the plus side the view from the suite was beautiful but there no curtains. No curtains! You woke up with daylight each morning and had no privacy.||The aircon was broken, we asked repeatedly for it to be fixed, it was not fixed in our entire stay. The temperature had soared to 38 degrees and there were no curtains to deaden the heat. It was unbearable.||The bathroom had no flannels, no conditioner, no body lotion.||There was no water given in the rooms.||As an “Eco” hotel, housekeeping will only service the room on request!| |The room smelt dusty, it was clearly not used often.||The connecting children's room was dark and dingy......... but it had curtains!||Breakfast finishes at 10am. Bang on! We were not advised of breakfast times on our arrival so missed it on the first day. The next day servers were grumpy, food had not been refilled and replaced and nobody cleared away the tables.||We did not use any of the hotel facilities as everywhere looked grubby.||We did enjoy a beautiful day out in Lake Bled which is 20 mins away by car and the reason for booking.||Be warned, on the final day we returned from breakfast at 10:10am to find both doors to our rooms wide open. No explanation was given for this. |||This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. If you go with the expectation that it is a 2-3 star then you wont be disappointed.

Hotel molto bello , ben curato , così come il parco vicino . Cuscini troppo morbidi per me , camera grande , manca la doccetta dato che non c'è il bidet , cena a buffet un po' scarsa . Prezzo di una bottiglia d'acqua direi esagerato . 1 lt ben 5 €. Colazione ok.

Ottima sistemazione, camere confortevoli con vetrate panoramiche sul bellissimo paesaggio montano circostante. Colazioni abbondanti e molto varie. Servizio di qualità ed estrema gentilezza del personale. La cena a buffet è ricca e varia di offerte. Integrato alla struttura è presente un centro benessere con saune e idromassaggio esclusivo. L'albergo è dotato di piscina esterna ed interna con acquapark e scivoli acrobatici. Il ristorante serale aperto anche agli esterni è il migliore della zona per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto consigliatissimo

Bohinj and its surroundigs is beatiful, like Wonderland! Bohinj ECO Hotel was good, close to everything we wsnted to visit. We enjoyed the Aquapark, staff is reall friendly, very kind, meals are delicious. Room was OK: matrassess are comfy, though we could not control the air conditioning- it was too cold for us.

Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili in questo hotel che offre moltissimi servizi, la staff super gentile ed il cibo buonissimo lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ha davvero voglia di staccare la spina e ha tanta voglia di fare esperienze diverse!

Lep urejen hotel, z dobro hrano, vendar zelooo razočarana z sobo. V 4 nočeh v vročinskem valu, v sobi ni delovala klima. Po večkratnem pritoževanju so dali v sobo ventilator🙄. Hotel bi naj omel 4 zvezdice🤭. Na recepciji niso znali povedati nič o kartici Juliskih alp, zato sva obiskali TIC, kjer so tudi sami bili presenečeni kako zaposleni ne vedo ponudit izletov. Veliko več dajo na tuje goste kot domače. Sicer pa dobra izhodiščna točka za vse izlete🙂.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, in one of the balcony rooms with mountain view. The room was comfortable with everything we needed - we didn't spend much time in it as we came to Slovenia to explore and enjoy the sunshine. The air conditioning was not the best but we found following the advice of the hotel to keep the room temperature comfortable worked OK. Housekeeping services could be requested daily by hanging a sign on the door.||We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. The animation team was a welcome suprise and offered something extra for our 5 year old. ||The breakfast buffet was fantastic - varied and plentiful every day. We ate dinner at the hotel twice and enjoyed both times - not as much choice as larger hotels but we found it to be quality over quantity.||The swimming pool and water park were great, never had an issue finding a lounger or chair for the few hours needed.||The local area was nice, with all amenities and plenty of free parking.||Would happily go back.

Albergo molto bello camera superior molto bella ma purtroppo l'impianto di aria condizionata non era sufficiente a frescare un soffitta con vetrata imponente risultato una serra impensabile di giorno e impossibile di notte! Abbiamo richiesto il cambio della stanza ci hanno trasferito dall'ultimo piano al secondo in una stanza non adeguata al prezzo pagato ( mia figlia dormiva su una poltrona letto) ma il risultato non è cambiato molto di notte visto che la direzione spegne l'aria condizionata dalle 23 alle 04 la camera risulta calda e l'impianto di condizionamento durante il giorno insufficiente. Peccato perché il parco acquatico è molto gradevole ed il servizio di colazione e cena( a pagamento) sono di ottimo livello e di grande varietà di scelta. Sinceramente a malincuore ci penserei sopra prima di tornare in piena estate

Lo slogan narra "eccellenti servizi per una esperienza indimenticabile". Nulla di più lontano per il prezzo corrisposto. Stiamo parlando di un 4stelle superior (come da targa fuori la porta di ingresso) che ha delle camere che non hanno nulla a che vedere con un 4 stelle con: moquette macchiata, tende bucate, muri mal dipinti e sporchi con ragnatele nelle intercapedini del soffitto (tutto documentato con foto).Frigobar vuoto! Sicuramente bella la posizione e le piscine interne riscaldate ed esterna ma 275 euro per una notte il 13 agosto è davvero spropositato come prezzo. In più per chi soggiorna una notte sola il check-in è alle 15 e il checkout alle 10 del giorno dopo che corrispondono a ben 5 ore perse ma pagate

We chose this hotel for our family holidays. The hotel is very modern, the staff is friendly. The best asset in my opinion is the pool, my daughter loved it a lot and we have spent there quite a lot of time having great time. Another great asset was the hotel restaurant, with breakfasts and dinners. They presented a variety of local foods with a great variety of selection. However, I am going the averagy grade as got a very small room without balcony and we felt very claustrofobic. The bathrooms were renovated and nice, yet another flaw was the broken air conditioning, so the days and nights were prety stuffy. Otherwise it is a good choice.

Excellent hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. The rooms (we stayed in 2 executive rooms) were very spacious and comfortable with modern fittings and very clean. The hotel generally was very well set out and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The aqua park was excellent fun for the kids. Lots to do and again very clean. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was well organised and the staff were excellent. The food was good. The hotel location was excellent, few minutes walk away from the train station or bus stops. We managed to easily get from Ljubljana and back to the airport whilst also getting to lake bled and lake bohinj.

Spędzamy urlop w tym hotelu i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Piękny widok z pokoju na 4 piętrze, wygodne łóżka, nowoczesna łazienka, różnorodne śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Wybór hotelu padł ze względu na możliwość korzystania z aquaparku, do którego można zjechać windą i przejść pod ziemią. I to był strzał w dziesiątkę, relaks po zwiedzaniu niezastąpiony. Dziecko przeszczęśliwe. Gorąco polecamy!
