Hotel in posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Lubiana, personale gentile e disponibile, buffet colazione ben fornito con prodotti di buona qualità .|Il problema di questa struttura è l'età. Fuori sembra bella ma l'interno presenta numerosi problemi: arredi delle camere segnati e rotti, moquette sfilacciata, carta da parati nei corridoi che inizia a staccarsi, erogazione dell'acqua calda non continua, condizionatore gocciolante. |Tenendo presente tutti i pregi e tutti i difetti, a mio parere il prezzo delle camere è troppo alto.

Classic and historic hotel (formerly Elefant). But currently huge construction work is underway inside this hotel. The rooms are truly old fashioned and noisy (big and noisy ventilator running 24/7). Probably old and certainly uncomfortable mattresses! Room prices too high vs. its comfort. Acces via road not easy to find. Central locations an advantage.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel an guter Lage. Ein weiteres 4****-Hotel welches viel Geld in eine hippe Lobby und Bar gebuttert hat, die Zimmer aber vernachlässigt wurden. Derzeit wird viel gebaut, daher Lärm beim Frühstück, Lärm wenn das Fenster geöffnet wird, Lärm im Flur. Mehr als 150€ pro Nacht würde ich nicht bezahlen.

Amazing location. The city is lively and very beautiful Sites and restaurants and museums minutes away. Wonderfully helpful staff. The beds and pillow are great. We updated to a suite and it was worth it. Close to everything. We loved our stay!

Die Lage ist top, mitten im Zentrum, aber das war’s dann auch. Die Zimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden. Alte Teppiche mit Flecken, durch gelegenes Bett, ekliger Geruch, in die Jahre gekommenes Bad…da gibt es bestimmt bessere Optionen in der Stadt!

We booked 2 rooms during a family visit in August. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, based in the heart of the city. The rooms were very nice, although old fashioned in style which fits in with the legacy of the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great, and caters for people who are gluten intolerant. We would definitely recommend it based on our experience..

Amazing hotel and great breakfast. Staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is bang in the centre which means you won't need to use public transport unless you want to go outside centre. Everything is in walking distance. Even the train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Encontré todo perfecto! Buena y cómoda habitación, muy acogedora y confortable. El mejor desayuno que he probado en un hotel. Hasta con espumante incluido. La ubicación en el centro histórico de Ljubljana, mejor imposible. Tienen una opción de estacionamiento, que de hecho es excelente dada las condiciones del país donde la opción de estacionamiento gratis en la calle es casi nula. Todo se paga, así que lo recomiendo. La oferta conseguimos directo en la página del hotel haciendo la búsqueda en Trivago.

Charged for a stay that I did not use - they still have not corrected the issue. Hotel lacks a toll-free number, making it difficult to resolve issues. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach their Sales Staff regarding reservation problems, but they haven't returned my calls or answered their phones.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το πρωινό είναι από τα καλύτερα που εχω φάει, τεράστια ποικιλία σε οτι κι αν ζητήσεις . Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Τα δωμάτια όταν το επισκεφθήκαμε ήταν υπο ανακαίνιση οπότε δίνω ενα ελαφρυντικό καθώς η τιμή δεν συμβαδίζει με τα δωμάτια. Παρ όλα αυτα ήταν πεντακάθαρα, μυρωδάτα, με επιλογή μαξιλαριού δική σου . Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ στα 500 μετρα με κόστος 28€/μερα

They say first impressions count and the Best Western Premier Hotel Slon looks great. Lots of outside seating for the bar / cafe area and loads of greenery which is always nice to see. Attentive door staff, super helpful and polite reception staff, in fact every single member of staff we encountered was very nice. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. The rooms are well equipped and clean, comfortable beds and pillows, loads of quality bathroom products and towels. The shower was a little underwhelming, due to angle vs space vs shower screen. Breakfast was impressive and had a huge range of hot and cold food. The only gripe would be the speed of restocking hot food but the turnover of guests was huge so appreciate making 50 fried eggs at a time isn't easy. The quiche slices were particularly delicious. We were skeptical about the coffee machines but they were surprisingly good for straight up black coffee. Only improvement would be the addition of a toaster. The inside and outside bar is perfect for a mid morning coffee and evening beer or cocktail, in fact we had a Margarita that was so smooth and delicious it's going into the Top 10 Margaritas of all time list, and we've sampled quite a few. The biggest down side is the bar closes at 10pm. Location wise this hotel is prefect, you are literally a 5 minute walk to the old town. There's a handy SPAR a 2 minute walk round the corner and a 24hr pizza and kebab place over the road which we didn't sample but it would put most of the better places like this in the UK to shame. Overall you'd struggle to find a hotel this good so close to all the places you'd want to spend time in on your visit to Ljubljana.

객실 넓고, 화장실도 넓음. 침구 좋아서 꿀잠 잘 수 있음. 그런데 화장실에서 퀴바레벌 나왔음. 방 바꿔달라고 할까도 싶었지만, 크게 개의치 않았음.(어차피 다른 방에도 있을 거 같아서)오래돼서 그런지 에어컨은 라디에이터? 처럼 생겼음. 처음 방에 들어가면 이상한 냄새가 나는데 향수인지 약간 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새 같기도 하고 거슬리는 한가지 였음. (냄새에 민감한 스타일임.) 3일 내내 조식 먹었는데 잘 나옴! 이것도 마음에 드는 점! 다만 매일 같은 식사라서 물렸을 뿐(어쩔 수 없음)

Το δωμάτιο χρειαζόταν ανακαίνιση, υπήρχε θόρυβος σε ωρες κοινής ησυχίας από το διπλανό κτήριο που ανακαινιζόταν. Στην αίθουσα του πρωινού είχαν σκυλιά.

Hotel in posizione centrale, ina una strada piena di negozi, vicino al fiume centro nevralgico della città. Bellissimo il bar dell'hotel e la reception, cortesi e disponibili i dipendenti, ho apprezzato la sauna e il bagno turco a disposizione dei clienti (anche se di piccole dimensioni), la ricchissima colazione curata nei dettagli. Molto utile il servizio per le automobili poste in un garage vicino che venivano portate in hotel su richiesta del cliente, unica pecca: piccolissima la stanza doppia!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind alle fussläufig gut erreichbar. Das Hotel und die Zimmer an sich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das ein oder andere könnte besser gepflegt sein. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, es fehlt nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück, alles wünschenswerte vorhanden, wirklich sehr gut. Es wird ständig nachgefüllt. Die Parkplatzsituation dagegen ist schwierig, wir haben unseren Wagen kostengünstig auf einem rund ca. 1,5 km entfernen öffentlichem Parkplatz abgestellt. Insgesamt: alles ok, empfehlenswert!!!

Hotel molto ben curato, posizione eccezionale in zona pedonale, colazione ottima. Purtroppo mi vedo costretto ad aggiungere il seguente problema: non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda in bagno per tutta la mattina. Nonostante la segnalazione fatta in reception prima delle h.8,00 e i solleciti via whatsapp (il telefono in camera non è funzionante), il problema ha preso tempo. Successivamente ci riferiscono sia stato risolto e l'acqua calda sarà disponibile entro due ore. Peccato che dobbiamo lasciare la stanza e ritirare l'auto... Gestione da hotel non quattro stelle. Veramente un peccato.

Habitación súper grande aunque con escaso mobiliario y antiguo, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Cama grande también, aunque el colchón es algo blando para mi gusto. Hay varios tipos de almohada para elegir y un montón de amenities. El cuarto de baño y la ducha son algo pequeños. Había pedido una habitación silenciosa y me asignaron una en la cuarta planta, interior, sin vistas, pero no me importó porque descansé muy bien sin ruidos. Cada día te dejan una botella de agua, lo cual se agradece. A causa de la ola de calor pasé más rato del esperado en el hotel, y estuve muy cómoda. Las habitaciones tal vez necesitan alguna reforma por estética, pero nada urgente. La sala de desayuno es grande y tenía bastante opciones, aunque eché en falta una tostadora y siempre ponían el aire acondicionado muy alto, y a primera hora no era necesario. Girando y bajando una calle ya se ve la iglesia rosada de la Anunciación en la Plaza Preseren, mejor ubicación imposible. Tuve muy buena estancia y quedé muy contenta.
