Very nice hotel, just outside the city centre of Ljubljana. We had a great and very big room at the top of the hotel with an amazing view on the city. Overall the room was modern and clean, it even had a small living room. From the hotel everything was on walking distance; the city centre is just 10 minutes away. Only little problem is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking spaces and that you should use the parking lot a minute away. Finally, breakfast was good and staff and reception were very friendly!

It was a wonderful stay for the first time ever in Ljubljana. Strengths are close to city center, good price/quality ratio, rich, various and delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages and grilled vegetables, good room isolation, good water pressure and temperature in a bathroom, fast and stable wifi internet connection, numerous circuits in rooms, great central adjustable heating in rooms, availability of a hair drier, 5 star friendliness of hotel staff (need to be rewarded). Weaknesses are absence of kettle in rooms (but this relates to wishes and privileges of 4 star hotels which is not the case), low light level at rooms, acoustic feature of a restaurant makes voices very loud, absence of parking. Opportunities are change music for calmer styles for breakfasts, allow more light in rooms (but costs will arise), request more feedback from customers DURING their stay, advices on what to visit in Ljubljana and other places, advice on where to eat in Ljubljana, allow/inform guests about tea options throughout the day. Threats: not comfortable (too expensive) parking availability in Ljubljana. Provide more information on P+R parking operations for guests. More advices are on request. Generally 10 out of 10. High level of services quality.

Escogimos este hotel por su cercanía con la estación de tren y el centro. Se encuentra a tan solo 10 minutos a pie de las estaciones de tren y bus lo cual viene genial si quieres visitar otras localidades como Bled o Postonia.|Por otro lado sigue estando al lado del centro histórico, a tan sólo otros 10 minutos a pie de la Plaza Perseren y el río Ljubjanica.||El hotel es moderno, cómodo y limpio. La TV es smart TV y puedes conectar tu teléfono móvil y poner Netflix (esto se agradece). ||Tiene restaurante propio y sirven desayuno. Al dejar la habitación pudimos dejar nuestras maletas en la consigna de recepción hasta la hora que necesitéis.||Por lo general el hotel es totalmente recomendable y si volvemos a Ljubjana repetiríamos sin dudas.
