Our room was clean and air conditioned. We also had breakfast there which was ok but maybe consider to include more options, especially fruit. Great thing about hotel is that is very close to the city center, only 10min on foot. B&B has very kind and helpful staff 😊. Overall, our stay was great!

Hotel carino in zona tranquilla 1km dal centro. Non troppo pulito, in camera matrimoniale mancava il frigo è ci hanno detto che un 3 stelle non lo prevede🤔. E nella singola di mia cognata mancava il telefono.

So, the hotel is in short walking distance to the heart of the city. We got a room on 9th floor overlooking the city and castle. Everybody at the hotel is super fine. Breakfast is enough, but could have more fruits avaible. Rooms clean, small, but enough for a rest.

Sehr zentral, Zimmer teils renoviert aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Positiv die Klimaanlage und der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel auch wenn für 10 Euro. Negativ das Frühstück. Zusammenfassend ist es trotz der Lage pro Nacht keine 150 Euro wert, max 100

Nice room, nice beds, nice bathroom. Terrible breakfast, I would recommend to have a breakfast (not included in the room price) outside. The quality of the breakfast is low, the food is not refilled except if you ask multiple times and some food station goes out of quantity early.

The location was good, rooms were clean. Minimal toiletries. I am taking away one star because the air conditioning was not working (It would only fan, not cool), but a second star because of how they handled it: I told the front desk and they said they would send someone up; the person they sent said it wasn't broken (?) and since there were no available rooms they could not move us. I understand if they can't fix it or move us, but don't lie and say it's working when it clearly isn't. It was notably cooler in the hallway and the lobby than in our room. It's over 30 degrees outside and the room cooled down when we opened the window. We ended up avoiding the hotel during the day until we had to come back to sleep. At that point it had cooled down to 25 outside so opening the window with the fan was enough. If it wasn't a heat wave, it would probably not be so bad. But their complete unwillingness to address the problem was inappropriate. I would not be willing to stay here again.
