Hotel muito elegante, com quarto amplo, bem arejado e iluminado. Cama muito confortável, assim como o banheiro. Gostei muito da qualidade do sabonete líquido. O café da manhã é sensacional, contando até com espumante. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O grande ponto negativo do hotel é a localização. Muito longe do centro turístico. Tivemos que pegar táxi todas as vezes, encarecendo a viagem.
Eccellente! Pulizia perfetta, camera ampia e spaziosa anche per famiglie. Eravamo in 5 e ci siamo trovati perfettamente bene. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Posizione defilata dal centro, che però e’ raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti.

Kann die guten Rezessionen nicht bestätigen. Personal unfreundlich. Für 4 Sterne kann man nicht mal in Kleingeld wechseln. An der Rezeption spricht die Frau kein Deutsch in einem Hotel, das Austrian Trend heißt. Die wenigen Parklpätze vor dem Hotel für 15 Euro/Tag sind alle mit Porsche etc. belegt. Die Parkgarage des Hotels ist sündhaft teuer (2h/Stunde). Zimmer weitestgehend sauber. Nicht im Bad. In den oberen Stockwerken mit Kind nicht das Fenster öffnen. Hier ist eine "Leiter" aus dem Fenster eingebaut. Rolltreppe defekt. Frühstück kostet extra. 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind. Aber nur zwei Handtücher und zwei Betten.

Very nice staff! Clean lobby, room, everything is in perfect condition! We had our 3 dogs with us, so moving was bit problematic, but I got always help, our luggage was carried to our car, without even asking as one kind employee saw my struggle with the revolving door. We were just passing by Slovenia, but we going to definitely stay in this hotel again, if we have a trip nearby.

location is about 45 minutes walking distance to the center. By bus 16 minutes but you need to buy the ticket ahead (at the reception), no ticket sell on the bus. Bike rental is also a good option. Parking in the garage Vienna crystals costs 12euro/day. We like the room with very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Sopiva paikka Stozicen areenan lähellä kävelymatkan päässä. Bussiyhteys keskustaan toimiva. Hieno maisema vuorille, komeat auringonnousut. Erinomainen aamiainen ja palveleva henkilökunta.

Chambre familiale pour 4 personnes il n'y avait que trois petits lits, pas de lit de coupe. Chambre très petites qui ne correspond pas à une famille de 4 personnes. Parking payant de toute façon a payer car pas de place aux alentours. Très très très déçu. J'ai recommandé cette chambre a ma famille car je suis déjà venu avec des amis et les chambres étaient luxueuse et même moins chère en pleine saison.

We came around midnight there were literary 20 people waiting for check in!! The girl on the couter took her time it was around 1am when we finished!! No restaurant or bar in the lobby, enough said

The room is very comfortable, but the trash can is not cleaned, it is full of garbage from the previous guest. The sheets were not changed or washed, and there were food residues in the sheets! Direct access to the hotel from the parking lot is inconvenient.
