Great hotel and service. Location and nature around hotel is great. Spa area is also great. ||People working here are awesome and they are really polite.||Rooms are clear and food is good. Combination of self service and al a carte is intresting.

Hotel Atlantida stoji na najlepši lokaciji obdan je s prelepo okolico, kjer se res lahko spočiješ. Zjutraj te zbudi ptičje petje, v daljavi pa slišiš tudi kukavico. Hotel ponuja vse, kar si zaželiš, od prijaznosti vsakega zaposlenega, res ti ustrežejo na vsakem koraku. Odlični zajtrki z lokalno hrano, mogoče je dobiti tudi posebno ponudbo iz kuhinje. Vse nama je bilo izredno všeč, tudi bazen, sobe, fitnes, biljard, zvečer pa tudi živa glasba med vikendom in odlično vino v baru.. Ta hotel Atlantida bi priporočala vsem ki si želijo miru, udobja, odlične hrane, prijaznosti.

Izjemno visok nivo vsega.... izpostavim celostno storitev, posebaj pa uslugo restavracije. G. Vedran kot izkušen in preizkušen je kot vino....z leti vse boljši in boljši, izjemna pridobitev g. Nenad ! Z veseljem se vračamo...in se bomo.....

Soba čista i uredna, usluga odlična, posebno bih pohvalila Gospođu koja me masirala, jedna od najboljih masaža ikada. Hrana bi mogla biti bolja, osoblje ljubazno.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it was very disappointing. It was our worst hotel experience in Slovenia, even though it was the most expensive. On the positive side, food is normally quite good, and the bedroom is comfortable. But we were soooo far from the 5 star experience. - We asked to book a parking space during our reservation and they replied, they they would "write down that we need a parking space". However, when we arrived they had no space for us. The parking of the hotel was full so they sent us to park in another parking lot, which was not so close to the hotel. We discovered later there was a free parking lot closer by. They did not even mention this option. - On the first evening (saturday evening), our dinner was excelent and the service outstanding. However, after dinner, there was a huge party/concert outside the hotel and it was impossible to sleep. It finished at 4 AM. I called the reception earlier in the eveninig to ask what time the party would finish, because the noise was crazy but they did not pick up and they never called back. - The experience in the restaurant just went downhill from sunday. There is the (theoretically sound) policy that during the meal, we keep our interactions with the same waiter. On sunday evening, after a waitress brought us the menus, she went to prepare a special dish live at another table. She stayed there for more than 20 minutes and no one else would come to take our orer. We asked another waiter to take our order and he said he could not do it. Only after seeing us desperate (we had 2 kids with us) they took our order, more than 30 mins after we arrived at the restaurant. - During the last breakfast, the coffee machine crashed, which is fine. They had to restart it, which took quite a while, which is fine as well. What is not fine is that the same waitress that left us hanging on sunday started serving coffee to a table next to ours. When I asked if I could have some coffee as well (while the machine was not working), she told me to go get it from the bar outside the restaurant. I dont understand why we had such a terrible treatment, since we paid for the 5 stars service, as everyone one else. - Finally, both times we had our room cleaned, the cleaning staff left the door open (anyone could walk in without key, just by pushing the door). I do not recommend this hotel.

Sem pričakovala več za hotel s 5 ⭐️ Slaba ponudba/izbira hrane, tako za zajtrk kot za večerjo. Večerja se izbere po meniju. Imajo pa prečudovit wellness 👌

Izuzetan hotel.Rijetkost je u ugostiteljstvu na jednom mjestu dobiti sve ono što najbolje očekujete.Mirnoća ,urednost i čistoća ,savršeni bazen i saune, vrlo kvalitetna hrana i ponuda i osoblje koje je stručno i ljubezno.
