The rooms do look awesome, the location is brilliant. But there are a few reasons why I still wouldn't come back. First reason: it's hot. If you're on the brink to decide whether or not to stay for a few days during the hottest season, know this: there's no AC in the rooms. Plus it's getting really hot, since you're directly under the roof. The hallways is air-conditioned though. So, if you aren't shy, you can decide to let your room door open. But since most guests are doing that, many of them with open windows, the effect will be minimal. Second reason: you've got to be patient. There's only one toilet for men and one shower for 10 or so rooms. Yes, there is another shower and toilet in another area, for the next 10 or so rooms, but in my case both were occupied during non-rush hours. The tiny rooms where you sleep, combined with to few bath rooms just felt like they wanted to maximize income. That's fair game, but you gotta know what you sign up for. Third reason: it's loud! Doors and walls are paper thin. You hear every cough and step of your neighbors and cleaning personal. Plus, if you're super lucky - like me - you hear every crunch of your neighbors breakfast bite, along with detailed insights into their day plans. Despite using ear plugs. At 7 o clock on a sunday morning. All in all, if you don't care about those reasons, go ahead. But I wanted to share this, since I just saw the nice photos and thought it must be heaven on earth. It kinda is. But a hot, narrow, packed, loud version of heaven.

Kleine Zimmer aber es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Sommer ist es in den Zimmern im Dachgeschoss sehr warm, weshalb wir die Tür bei Anwesenheit geöffnet haben um etwas von der klimatisierten Luft um Flur zu bekommen. In der Dusche ist schwarzer Schimmel. Ansonsten ist alles sehr sauber. Bei Booking wurde die Unterkunft mit einem Privatparkplatz angezeigt, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Das ist sehr schade da wir uns darauf eingestellt hatten keinen weiten Weg mit dem Gepäck laufen und extra für einen Parkplatz zahlen zu müssen.

Bra välkomnande och tillgänglighet från personalen när man hade frågor.||Det var mysigt att de bjöd på saker i receptionen. ACn var räddaren i nöden när det var så varmt. ||Nära till allt och jag hade verkligen velat bo här igen.||||Något som var ”dåligt” var att vi bodde på receptions våningen och där va golvet av äldre skick så det hördes när andra gäster gick inne på rummen bredvid. Sen finns det bättre grannar också, våra var lite väl högljudda.

Excelente opción para alojarse en Liubliana. Habitaciones modernas, super cómodas, con buena iluminación y ac. |Tiene un sector comun con café, té, microondas, pava eléctrica y heladera, y además ponen frutas, caramelos, galletitas varias y barritas de cereal. Prácticamente en pleno centro, a 1 cuadra del Puente de los Dragones|Muy fácil de llegar caminando de la estación de micros. |Lo único en contra q tiene son las escaleras, que con equipaje se hace pesado|El personal súper amable todo!

This place was amazing , close to the city center and also parking around the area. Aleksandra and Nika were so kind and made our trip so pleasant, so helpful and also got us a nice room with really a short notice. The room was clean and cozy , you could choose between own bathroom or shared ones. I highly recommend this place.

This was a good accommodation in the heart of Ljubljana. It is a step up from a hostel or boarding house, with small private rooms. There is a one shared shower room and two toilets per corridor, which are newly fitted and stylish, and lockable for privacy (they are shared by the rooms but not dorm-style, one guest at a time). There is a small kitchen with free tea, coffee and some breakfasting items. Overall, it was a nice place to crash for the night and ideally situated for exploring the old town just a few metres away. Only word of advice is some guests might struggle with the number of stairs, the rooms are on the top floor under the beams of the attic of the building. I could see the castle right above me from my room’s velux window!

I really liked the institutional stairs and that they've reused an old building. Whoever designed the ensuite shower deserves a spanking. The grouting is excellent, but everything else (shampoo dispenser, tray, waste location, and actually how water is kept *in* the shower) Isn't great.

L'ideale per due coppie di amici o in famiglia che intendono trascorrere un paio di notti. Non adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità in quanto si trova all'ultimo piano e non c'è ascensore. Pulito e accogliente offre una piccola cucina in comune che torna utile per un caffè o tisana o una bibita fresca
