Hotel dentro da media para a cidade, otimo café da manhã.|Decepcionante o check-in, esperamos mais de 40 minutos para efetuarem o check-in.|Mas o que mais me deixou decepcionado foi com a falta de etica por parte do hotel, eles não tem estacionamento no local e levam seu veiculo para um outro local, no dia do check-out devolveram meu veiculo com danos na pintura lateral, enviaram um email conforme eu solicitei no mesmo dia com a foto do dano, porem ficaram de avaliar o ocorrido com as camaras de segurança do estacionamento e até o moment o não entraram mais em contato. Gastei €250,00 para concertar os danos na pintura.|ENTÃO!!! Se vc deseja ficar neste hotel faça fotos e videos do seu veiculo antes de eles levarem, pois se retornar com danos vc tem as fotos e videos.

Bathroom sink was clogged every single day. It wasn’t worth asking for unclogging, because we were there for two nights only. But when they come to clean I’m sure they would have noticed it. But they didn’t do anything about it.

Très bel hôtel, la déco est exquise que ce soit dans les chambres ou les parties communes. Un charme fou où se mêle modernité et luxe d’une autre époque. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et le service impeccable. A noter l’emplacement qui est idéal pour circuler à pied et un service voiturier qui vous gare votre voiture.

I the rooms are lovely , but I took one star off as the air con didn’t work at night, and also took one star off the service as the breakfast was not as good as it used to be ,and the staff in the breakfast room were very slow, we were not in a rush but it was a bit ridiculous,we had to remind them twice for our coffee and they only have one other couple in the room at the time,they weren’t pleasant either , they seemed not happy at all , don’t think it was anything to do with us , just in general, the reception staff were lovely as was the bar man in the afternoon.

Beautiful hotel located close to the main square and park. An amazing value for a 4* hotel! The art deco design and interior decor create a unique charm and a very comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff. I truly enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back someday!

Excellent service, comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast. We will definitely come back again. The building is an old bank converted into a boutique hotel. Classy art deco design and gorgeous adornments and light fixtures. The house Rose sparkling wine given on arrival is delicious and all staff were amazing. Thanks Klara and Luka especially.

My partner and I booked here last minute when our Airbnb canceled our reservation. This was the absolute best thing to happen to us! Not only did we get welcome champagne and incredible service from staff (the beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms are gorgeous too), but the location was convenient to everything nearby. We rented a car (when we booked the Airbnb) and never had to use it. The receptionist Sanja and bartender Karlo gave us the best food/restaurant recommendations! I highly recommend this place and plan to book again when we are back in Zagreb. Top tier!

Mauvaise expérience avec une membre de l’encadrement samedi 18 juin 2025, attitude digne de l’air soviétique. Service de chambre aléatoire. Finalement très mauvais rapport qualité prix. C’est vraiment dommage car cet hôtel a un bon potentiel, sabordé par un mauvais management. Une fois, pas deux.

Samedi 21 juin 2025 attitude condescendante de la part d’une responsable de la réception, suite à un problème de « housekeeping ». C’est fini l’époque soviétique! Finalement c’est un hôtel surfait, donc trop cher pour ce qu’il est.

Der Empfang im Amadria Park Hotel Zagreb war erstklassig – freundlicher Service, das Auto wurde geparkt und das Gepäck direkt zum Empfang gebracht. Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und das Bett sehr komfortabel – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Im Badezimmer gab es jedoch zwei Mängel, die unseren Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt haben: In der Dusche war deutlich sichtbarer, älterer Schimmel, der eigentlich vom Housekeeping hätte bemerkt und beseitigt werden müssen. Zudem war die Abdeckung der Toilettenspülung lose und hing schief an der Wand – auch das hätte auffallen sollen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf sehr hohem Niveau – vielfältig, frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Leider war der Service hier nicht ganz auf dem gleichen Niveau wie der Rest des Hauses. Die beiden Servicekräfte wirkten etwas planlos: Einfache Bestellungen wie ein schwarzer Tee und ein Café Americano mit Zucker wurden zunächst vergessen, da eine der Damen lieber ein Gespräch am Empfang suchte. Nach unserer Nachfrage kamen die Getränke dann schnell – aber hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit viel Stil und gutem Komfort – kleine Schwächen im Detail, aber dennoch empfehlenswert.
