The new renovated hotel is really nice. We booked a deluxe hotel room, we haven’t got terrace. The hotel haven’t got own beach, you should pay for the sunbeds (15 euro) and the towels too (10 euro).

Prekrasan pogled,lokacija usluga. Sve za pohvalu. Uprkos radovima i nemogucnosti koristenja bazena koji su trajali u toku naseg boravka,ljubazno osoblje,poklon dobrodoslice, sve je kompenzirano njihovim zalaganjem da se gost osjeca odlicno.

We stayed in a newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer a stunning sea view.||The hotel has a fantastic location – close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional.||The food is excellent – both breakfast and dinner were fresh, varied, and delicious.||We were especially impressed with the new wellness area and the pool overlooking the sea. The pool bar also serves great cocktails, which made the experience even better.||All in all, this hotel is truly top-notch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great view, that’s why you go to this hotel, but the rooms are small and a bit old for a new hotel, the air con didn’t work in my room, most of the staff were friendly, the spa when it is completely finished will be beautiful, the coffee machine in the breakfast was broken one morning and I asked for a coffee and had to pay 5 €, the drinks in the hotel were generally expensive for what they are.

I got the pleasure to stay in this gorge hotel while on shooting for a series we did in Opatija, the rooms are very nice and clean with tasteful decor, pleasant to stay in. Breakfast and buffet for lunch and dinner are soo sooo good. The staff is amazing and very helpful, special shoutout goes to Filip and Rebeka on the reception who are beyond nice and extremely professional, always smiling with good vibes and attitide even tho i lost my room keys a few times ( in a day!). Higly recommend this place if you wanna feel pampered and good. Me and my collegues made some really good memories there.

Rebeka has been incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. Hotel deserves a 5-star! Everything about the hotel feels brand new, and that’s part of the charm. If you continue to maintain this level of service and quality, there's no doubt that you will become one of the best hotels on the Istrian coast. I had just come from the Amalfi Coast before returning to Opatija, and I have to say, your hotel has even surpassed the Amalfi Coast experience.

Viajei em grupo. Colocaram -nos em um prédio próximo, em frente. O acesso se dava através de dois elevadores. Alguns do grupo reclamaram deste fato.

Iako hotel nije završen do kraja ( bila od 18.6.- 22.6.) u pitanju je bila vanjska terasa i spa zona ,definitivno zavrijeđuje visoku ocjenu. Ljubaznost osoblja ( ali zaista svih zaposlenika koje smo kontaktirali ) je neprocjenjljiva. Soba su jako lijepo uredene, čiste,kupaonice opskrbljene sa svime što vam treba ! K tome savršeno čiste i velike. Hrana i za doručak i večeru ,raznovrsna i ukusno spremljena . Kao OSI osoba mala primjedba da hotel nije barem jednu sobu prilagodio osobama s invaliditetom. Ali velikom ljubaznošču zaposlenika došla kolicima i do Royal plaže. Cijene su u sladu sa uslugom koju dobivate . Hotel definitivno spada u viši razred smještaja . Moja preporuka za posjetu i boravak u hotelu.
