Nije lako opisati ovaj doživljaj i ovako dobar odmor. Odlično mesto za decu , a pogotovo za nas. Sobe su baš dobre! Prostrane, čiste sa puno svetla. Ma prelepe! Usluga neverovatna. Prava Opatiska škola. Lokacija hotele je top! Uz samu obalu mora. Obavezno posetiti ovo prelepo mesto.

Our stay was incredible…. We had such a good service in the hotel .. so friendly , so customer oriented and esp. Marianna was again so nice to us . Already our third stay in this hotel ….We received an upgrade from her , because all rooms were sold out. We never had before such a room …. No room it was an Appartment with a Terasse which was again huge..esp. the view from the Terasse to the sea , harbour and kvarner bay. After renovation they made it very nicley with good taste, nice decoration…. And as usual the great breakfast… you can find really everything what you want ….without words. So in total our stay in this hotel was the best … ever… thanks again to the great team in the hotel esp. Marijana. 🙏

Već generacijama idemo u ovaj izvrsni hotel, a otkada je hotel obnovljen je prekrasan. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, a hrana je preukusna. Wellnes i bazen su božanstveni. Preporučam svakome da posjeti.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Opatija. The location is perfect next to the beach and a small harbour. Everything is elegant and brand new. The own beach is nice with the sunbeds. Room was perfect( toilet should have been bigger). You had to pay for the parking which was a bit expensive but the breakfast was exceptionally good.

Dear Amadria Park Hotel Team, My family and I recently spent a week at your newly reopened Park Grand Hotel, taking advantage of the reopening package, which was a great fit for the four of us. Although the room was quite small—especially with the sofa converted into a bed for the children—it suited our needs since we didn’t spend much time there. The sea and harbor view was absolutely stunning, and the modern design gave the room a touch of luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed the generous dinner buffet and the live music each evening. However, we felt that the starters and desserts could have offered more variety over the course of the week. Having access to the Grand Royal beach and the sea was essential for us, and the pool was definitely a highlight for our kids—it truly made their stay special. We could fee that the hotel team was rather new but we felt a lot of support during our stay especially for our 4 am return start to central europe where we even were supplied with a lunch package - the idea cam for the reception desk. Best regards and thanks for all - we hope we come back one day and see Opatja again for your balcony

Mi a kisebbik hotelben szálltunk meg a Sveti Jakovban. Mindig ezt a kis kúria jellegű csodás, otthonos szállodát választjuk, a gyönyörű szobáival, a parkra, tengerre néző kilátásával igazi gyöngyszem a központban. A reggeli pazar választékú, a szobák nagyon kényelmesek, elegánsak, tágasak. Most épp a húsvéti időszakban voltunk, a képek is inkább ezt mutatják be.

Divna dobrodošlica i prelijepi boravak . Odlična hrana. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo u svakom trenutku. Moram naročito istaknuti gđu Nensi u restoranu, koja je svako jutro svojim osmjehom, pažnjom prema svakom gostu bila "šlag na torti". Uslužna, uvijek nasmijana, a opet profesionalna. A također i Rebeka, koja je od početka prilikom rezervacije, a i kasnije tijekom boravka bila na usluzi za sve što je trebalo. Vraćamo se opet 👍

L’hôtel est très propre et idéalement situé, offrant une belle option pour se baigner dans la mer. Cependant, l’arrivée à 23 heures a été chaotique. La réception ne trouvait pas ma réservation et la situation a été très mal gérée par l’assistant manager de la réception à cette heure tardive. De plus, malgré notre demande de ne pas déranger, la femme de ménage est entrée dans la chambre le matin, pensant que celle-ci n’était pas occupée.

Terrible experience. The staff were nervous and unprofessional, and the manager was arrogant and full of ego. They kept me waiting for three hours, giving false information and playing games instead of being honest or helpful. I felt completely disrespected and misled. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, after many years in this hotel, I have to write a negative review. Although the restaurant and swimming pool have been renovated, I have to admit that they save a lot on staff and quality. The food for breakfast and dinner is monotonous and not quality for the price. Hello Marijan
