We had the most amazing stay at this fantastic place! While we spent a lot of time exploring Dubrovnik, you could easily spend a whole week just enjoying the resort. It’s packed with activities and things to do. The beach is beautiful, extremely clean, and has great bar facilities. We dined at La Pasta and Cilantro (we loved Cilantro so much we went three times!)—both offered great, high-quality food. We did have a minor issue with ants in our apartment, which is to be expected in a hot country and natural surroundings. We reported it to reception, and a friendly lady from the facilities team arrived within 10 minutes to sort it out—great service! The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed. It was very spacious, had a fantastic sea view, and the housekeeping team was amazing. There’s a convenient on-site shop, though it is quite expensive. Overall, the resort was spotless, and we can’t wait to come back!

This was a special holiday booked for my 70th birthday, and it didn’t disappoint pure luxury from the minute we arrived had 10 nights here, staff were so lovely, but we must give an extra special thank you to the Concierge staff, Enisa, Ema, Petra, Isidore and Leo, they went above and be-honed and made our stay extra special, it was our Granddaughters Graduation and we’re going to miss it, so Isidora came to our room and put the link onto our tv so that we could watch the ceremony in private, it made our holiday, they arranged for the golf cart to take us to every restaurant and back every day, also took us and picked up from adult pool which was too far for me to walk every day, the pool staff at the adult pool were wonderful I asked for a chair the first day because of my hip problem then every day after they automatically put a chair next to our beds without us asking, the towel stations are really good beds have lovely thick cushions so really comfortable, we booked a deluxe double room with sea view which was large and the view unbelievable, video attached, breakfast we preferred on ground 0 it’s quiet and very tranquil and plenty of choice, so looking forward to returning to The Sun Gardens in 2026, we would highly recommend this hotel, Happy Holidays xx

We just returned from a family holiday at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik and cannot say enough great things about the Marco Polo Kids Club. It absolutely made our trip!||From the moment we dropped off our kids (ages 4 and 8), the staff were warm, welcoming, and completely professional. The club is divided by age group, which meant both our children had activities suited perfectly to them—from arts and crafts and treasure hunts to outdoor games and storytelling.||The facilities are spotless, colorful, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that the safety and happiness of the children are the top priorities. We also loved how they offered both morning and afternoon sessions, giving us some real downtime to enjoy the adult-only areas of the resort.||Special mention to the staff—they were outstanding! Our kids were excited every day to go back, which says it all. We even booked a couple of evening sessions so we could enjoy dinner as a couple while knowing the kids were having just as much fun.||If you’re a family visiting Dubrovnik, don’t miss out on this gem. It’s easily one of the best-run kids clubs we’ve ever experienced at a resort.

Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Eigentümer eines Apartments an der Anlage. |Wir sind seit Jahren sehr zufrieden über die direkte Anbindung zum Strand und den Pools mit sehr guten Bars und Restaurants.|Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und bieten ihre Hilfe zu jeder Angelegenheit an.|Desweiteren sind die Pools in verschiedene Altersklassen aufgeteilt, womit man sehr gut aussuchen kann ob man eher etwas ruhiger oder etwas spaßiger den Tag verbringen möchte.||Der Pool Marina ist meiner Meinung nach am besten, direkte Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr ruhig da nur Erwachsene erlaubt sind und super Kellner mit Emir und Vlaho die einen bei jeder Angelegenheit direkt helfen.||Wenn sie hier sind machen sie sich ein Eigenes Bild davon es wird sie nicht enttäuschen!

Predivan resort s vrhunskom uslugom, iznimno čistim i moderno uređenim smještajem te spektakularnim pogledima na more. Restorani Cilantro i Fish Market su nas oduševili – hrana je bila fantastična, svježa, a osoblje izuzetno profesionalno i ljubazno. Resort također nudi razna događanja i sadržaje, poput glazbe uživo, sportskih aktivnosti i wellnessa – definitivno mjesto gdje se svatko može opustiti i uživati. Jedinu neugodnost doživjeli smo tijekom prve noći kada se iznenada oglasio alarm iz plafona u sobi, bez ikakvog upozorenja. Zvuk je bio jak i neugodan, i na trenutak nas je uhvatila panika jer nismo znali o čemu se radi. Kontaktirali smo recepciju i problem je relativno brzo riješen, ali bi bilo dobro da se takve stvari bolje objasne gostima ili spriječe unaprijed. Unatoč toj situaciji, sve ostalo bilo je izvrsno i ponovno bismo se rado vratili.

The positives are that the location, room, staff and service is excellent. However expect to pay 30% more than average for food and groceries than the most expensive 5 star places we have stayed at. It’s cheaper to get a taxi to Dubrovnik to eat as a small family. Having to venture out to the smaller villages to get a reasonable priced meal. I don’t mind paying a small premium but not being overcharged, and a reasonable alternative not being provided. Also surcharges in many things that have been suggested as free such as pool table, squash courts, evening entertainment just too much upsell for me, maybe that’s why it’s not as busy as it could be.

Très beau complexe hôtelier à qq minutes de Dubrownik.|Accueil parfait. Les chambres sont au standards 5* avec une belle vue mer. Wc séparé ce qui est rare.|Sdb sans critiques avec bain et douche. Clim ok. Literie parfaite.|Deux salles de petits déjeuner sans problèmes de déambulation avec un choix impeccable. Rien ne manque. Miel en rayon! |Le complexe est longé par plusieurs restaurants pour tous les goûts au rapport qualité prix…. Croate…. ( restauration fort chère dans tte la Croatie.)|Salle de fitness dans le complexe, une petite et une immense dans un bâtiment annexe. Parking extérieur au prix correct.|Plusieurs piscines dont une Zen.|À recommander sans hésitation.

Veldig fint hotell/resort med tre basseng ute, egen strand og deilige solsenger! Frokosten var helt nydelig med omelett pannekaker, belgiske vafler osv. Det var også massevis av aktiviteter! Det var fotballbane, tennisbane, volleyballbane og gaming rom. Det eneste jeg kan klage litt på med hotellet, var at noen av de som jobbet nede ved stranda var litt late. De hadde virkelig ikke lyst til å flytte på solsengene og de var sure. Ellers ett veldig fint opphold!

The personnel on the marina pool is very unprofessional i have ordered two coffees and a coke and i have been waiting for over 45 minutes for the two boys to even notice me! Very unprofessional!!!

Incredible week at Sun Gardens. Very minor issue on arrival cleared up almost instantly thanks to Ana. ||Ana is an absolute credit to the team, she went above & beyond with my daughter, we couldn’t not have had a better stay thanks to her, and her team too.||The hotel is immaculate, breakfast is fantastic. We will be returning next year.||Again, thanks to Ana & her team for making it such a special week.

Nous y sommes resté 3 jours et ce fut un agréable séjour. ||Le standing 5 étoiles est respecté. Des chambres de bonne facture, une literie très confortable, une salle de bain du même niveau. Seul défaut dans les chambres, les coussins sont si mous qu’ils n’offrent aucun soutient cervical. J’ai eu du mal à dormir correctement sans empiler 3 coussins les uns sur les autres. ||En dehors de ça, les services sont bons, l’hôtel est d’une taille particulièrement conséquente avec une flopée de restaurants sur la digue qui sont tous très bons. Le petit déjeuné est également plutôt complet avec de bons produits. ||La salle de sport est largement suffisante même pour un pratiquant confirmé de musculation (du moins pour des vacances).||Je ne peux parler de la piscine ou du spa car je n’y suis pas allé mais sachez qu’il y a une piscine adulte et une piscine avec enfants admis. Ce qui est appréciable quand on aime le calme. ||C’est un très bon hôtel, très agréable.

Excellent I'll tell you will not be disappointed. Great, poor great view. Great all inclusive breakfast clean and need has a gym four or five pools he can go to can also sit right by the water will not be disappointed.
