Ugodno,novo i primamljivo.
What a truly beautiful hotel , food , staff, cleanliness, all 5star , we were given an upgrade to room 223 the view was beautiful , coffee sat on the balcony looking at the pool and sea . Bedrooms are large and have every thing you need , the food was Michelin star quality, we were half board . Children’s play area and pool were fantastic ,there were 5 of us adults and we all said we couldn’t fault it , we will definitely return .

Sve pohvale za predivan hotel i tim ljudi koji su nam omogućili nezaboravan doživljaj krajem mjeseca lipnja. Hvala osoblju recepcije na toploj i "pjenušavoj" dobrodošlici, profesionalnosti, ljubaznosti i susretljivosti. Posebne pohvale na izvrsnim i raznovrsnim te veoma ukusno pripremljenim jelima i gospodinu Mladenu koji s puno pažnje i topline pristupa svojim gostima. Došli smo na kratki odmor, a otišli sa srcem punim nezaboravnih uspomena. Sve preporuke!

New hotel, very clean with contemporary style and large rooms. Friendly staff. Marina at the spa was the best!! But it is a bit far from central Zadar (35-40mins) and Uber is spotty sometimes not available or you need to wait 15mins or more. Service needs improvement both at the restaurant and by the pool. The food we ordered at the restaurant didn’t have much taste, and we tried many different options.

I liked everything about Molum Residences. You have here 3 heated swimming pools, access to sea with beach, parking (mostly in shadow) that is close to your accommodation and comfortable rooms with plenty of equipment that just makes your stay easier. I have already been there 2 times and for sure I will come here again.

Premium hotel i usluga, od prvog upita do boravka i odlaska iz hotela. Posebna pohvala Stipi iz rezervacija i Mladenu koji su naš dolazak i boravak učinili uistinu prekrasnim. Hotel je nov, sobe prostrane, iznimno opremljene, čistoća bez premca, eksterijer prekrasan, zelenilo, palme, cvijeće, more čisto i blizu hotela, bazeni iznimno održavani, temperatura vode savršena, kao i usluga, posebno od strane gospodina Mladena koji je pravi primjer kako profesionalno ugostiteljstvo izgleda. Svakako dolazimo i iduće godine!

Wspanialy hotel dla bardzo wymagajacych osob Wspaniala obsluga, pomocni przy check-in z bagazami, lampka prosecco na przywitanie oraz czekoladki w pokoju Nieskazitelna czystosc zwlaszcza na basenie widac ze obsluga bardzo dba o detale. Personel usmiechniety i pomoze w kazdej kwestii.

Das Hotel ist super neu und besticht mit einer schönen Lage und tollen Zimmern. Auch der Fitnessraum sowie das Frühstück waren grandios mit sehr aufmerksamen Kellnern. An der Rezeption war man ebenso freundlich und hat uns bei sämtlichen Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Kleine Abzüge gibt es dafür, dass angebotene Kurse (Yoga) teilweise nicht wie geplant oder nur verspätet stattgefunden haben, weil der Coach nicht am vereinbarten Treffpunkt nachgefragt hat, wer wegen Yoga im Fitnessraum ist, sondern einfach nur einmal am Raum vorbeigelaufen ist und dann scheinbar ohne zu fragen der Meinung war, dass niemand Yoga machen will. Die Rezeption hat aber auch bei diesem Faux-Pas schnell unterstützt. Dazu ist der Geruch in den Badezimmern manchmal nicht ganz so super. Wir vermuten das liegt daran, dass das Hotel recht neu ist, in der Nebensaison nicht so gut besucht war und die Wasserleitungen dadurch noch nicht im erforderlichen Umfang beansprucht werden.

Wir sind gerade vor Ort, das hotel ist sehr schön und läßt fast alle Wünsche war werden, das Frühstücksbuffet ist einzigartig, aber das Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Kellerner und innen,vergessen die Kaffee bestellungen mehrmals und brauchen außerdem ewig bis sie mit einem kommen, wo doch jeder weiß das beim Frühstück zuerst der Kaffee das wichtigste ist, wenn ich ihn selber holen könnte bin ich tausend mal schneller.....jeden Morgen dasselbe so mag ich den Tag im Urlaub nicht beginnen .An der Rezeption sind 4 Personen...keiner kann Deutsch! Da muß noch viel geändert und verbessert werden, für diesen Preis, da fehlen Leute mit der richtigen Schule und Erfahrung, aber das ganze ist ja noch in der Anfangsphase daher haben wir auch noch Verständnis!

Wunderschöne, neue Hotelanlage. Tolles Design. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Toller Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Direkt am Meer gelegen. Zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten zum Ortskern mit ein paar Cafés und Restaurants. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und können die Apartments mit Garten sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
