Really friendly and well put together hostel Immediately arrived with great vibes, invites to the nightly pub crawls, events, free breakfast and pointers to local attractions, staff clearly love working there and I can see why :) Rooms were very clean and spacious, communal areas well kept and worked perfectly On the pub crawls and events themselves it made my latter stay in Zagreb so great! Best of times spent with friends and folks I met on the night! My only criticism (which is why I’m giving 4 stars and not 5) was when i accidentally banged my foot causing some bleeding, a friend went down to reception to ask for a first aid kit, was dismissed with a *shrug* since they were dealing with the queue for the pub crawl and I had to replant a toenail without any sterile kit (successfully done with some loo roll and Rammstein) Would stay again, great energy, many drinks Other than that

Es un magnífico hostel pero dependiendo de cual sea tu objetivo del viaje. Con 10 años menos estoy seguro de que hubiera disfrutado muchísimo. Lo malo es que tengo alguno más y no iba buscando ese ambiente. Aún así, si tu objetivo es conocer gente y pasarlo genial, es tu lugar. Si quieres el hostel como punto de relax tras visitar la ciudad, no es tu lugar.

Awful place. The terrace is a prison! If you are a smoker this place turns into a nightmare. Furthermore, what they call "volunteer" workers are just plain dumb and rude. Furthermore, it seems there is an Aussie, with authority complexes, specifically being told off in front of clients, by a female employee....such a poor creature...pity on you. You felt great for kicking me out, on false assumptions and reasoning. I know, this won't hurt you. After all, with such a big body it's hard to cope with such a small brain. Piss on you. (Maybe misspelled)

Whole Wide World Hostel is definitely a party hostel, they've got something on every night, usually pub crawls, karaoke, or quiz nights. Don’t worry about sorting breakfast cause they’ve got that covered with a free eggs, sausage and cereal every morning until 10am. A special shoutout to Ricardo—somehow he had endless energy and kept the vibes up every single day. If you’re looking for a social, lively atmosphere where it’s easy to meet people, I 100% recommend staying here!

We went to the pub crawl hosted by the hostel and it was so much fun! €20 for 1 hour of unlimited drinks at the cool vibey hostel and Riccardo was an excellent host! I felt very safe in this pub crawl so thanks so much!

I had an incredible experience staying in this hostel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs. Incredible pub crawl, I took all my friends and we were absolutely treated by Ricardo, the host. A waterfall of drinks, a hoard of unique and sexy people with whom to share drinks. I felt like I was in wonderland. So lucky to have chosen such a magic experience and I will be back again.

I only have positive things to say about this hostel! I spent 3 nights in Zagreb, at the Whole Wide World hostel and everything was great! It's very easy to get to from the main train or bus station of the city, the check in was smooth and quick. I was showed to my room. The sheets and room was clean and very tidy. The bathroom too was very neat and well kept!! It's great for solo travellers (like myself) to meet other fellow travellers. It's not too disruptive for a party hostel either, and people do respect others privacy. There was also free breakfast in the morning, which was kind of a cherry on top :) Great location, great value for money and great service (considering that it's a hostel).

Ricardo was the best Pub Crawl leader. Would definitely come again just to see Ricardo. The hostel was really clean, comfy, and great price. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Zagreb Croatia and wants to meet cool new people and have a cheap stay!

Had 3 amazing days in this hostel with the best host Riccardo. He makes the best eggs for breakfast and goes to every party with you even if he has to stand up early next morning. Would definitely recommend and and planing to visit this place soon again. Enjoy your free beer Riccardo!

Awesome place built for social people. Bar and common area is a great and everyone is very welcoming. The breakfast is actually breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal etc. Special shout out to Ricardo. The bar crawls are fantastic and he makes sure everyone has fun. Great stay 10/10 recommend

This hostel was great! The beds were comfortable. The location is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended great spots to eat local cuisine. The free breakfast was also a highlight. Ricardo the chef changed my life. His culinary expertise is unmatched in the whole wide world! ;)

Whole Wide World Hostel is created by fantastic people - both employees and volunteers;) They take care of warm, family atmosphere, especially Lukas, Ricardo and Moncho. In the hostel there are organized amazing evenings and outgoings where travelers can get to know each other. The common space downstairs is a very cozy place. The employees also prepare extra tasty breakfasts. The rooms are large and clean. Prices for accommodation are very good. I trully from heart recommend this hostel!;)

Nice hostel near the centre of the city and a tram stop round the corner making it great for accessibility to the bus station etc. The main thing that made it was the staff making us feel very welcome even in quiet season - Ricardo was great for magic tricks and Lucas made a great breakfast!
