This dorm houses single-bed rooms as well as the Dormitory Management (Yurtlar Müdürlüğü) offices. If you have to get a dormitory certificate, change your room mid-semester, or if you have issues with dorm fee payment, you can get in touch with the kind people here. One of the employees can speak very good English if you are an international student. However, for most problems an email is enough, and I have found them prompt with the replies.
