Hinsichtlich Preis-Leistung top: Natürlich könnte das Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer noch eine Spur moderner/angenehmer sein, aber die Betten sind fein, die Zimmer sauber (wenn auch etwas hellhörig), der Besitzer ist freundlich und es gibt eine Küche, in der man sich beispielsweise einen Tee machen kann. Dazu kommt noch die ausgezeichnete Lage. Leider gibt es den Gepäckaufbewahrungsservice normalerweise nur bis 14 Uhr, bei uns konnte allerdings zum Glück noch eine andere Lösung gefunden werden.

Accommodation is in the city center. It is new and clean, warm and with good wifi connection. The host is great and friendly. It was holiday and weekend so we had a problem to find a parking place. We really enjoyed our stay in Anna house and would definitely stay here again.

Abbiamo scoperto casualmente questo posto mentre eravamo in cerca dell'introvabile B&B indicatoci da booking. Anna House è al piano terra di uno storico palazzo di Maribor, al centro della città e giusto accanto alla sede universitaria. Il posto è pulitissimo e le camere sono ampie e spaziose, dotate di confort e di tutto quanto necessario. Il gestore è persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre attento alle richieste degli ospiti. La scrupolosità, soprattutto riguardo la pulizia, con cui gestisce la sua struttura, fa pesare davvero poco il fatto che i servizi siano fuori dalla camera. la struttura inoltre dispone di una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti dove è possibile preparare la colazione. A disposizione vi sono infatti the, caffè, zucchero e tutto quanto necessario per il giorno dopo. Il prezzo inoltre è davvero onesto. Dovessi ritornare a Maribor soggiornerei nuovamente presso Anna House. Consigliatissimo.

This is a great location on a square in central Maribor and next to the theatre. It has a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms and toilets. The price is towards the low end for the area. Beds are comfortable and wifi good. At night it was fairly quiet given we stayed at a weekend.

Удобное месторасположение, возможность парковки. Хороший WI-FI||Апартаменты в жилом доме,а не в указанном в букинге. Пришлось доехать до ресепшен и с провожатым ехать к апартаментам. Неуютно. Кровать неудобная. Стиральная машина не работала. Дорого для подобных апартаментов , тем более в Мариборе.

ausreichend, toilette und bad auf dem flur, keine möglichkeit zu frühstücken. die cafe's in der umgebung machen am sonntag auch erst sehr spät auf, sehr zentral gelegen, keine parkmöglichkeit am hotel.
