Lovely castle! There is a cool video about the history of the landmark inside. A lot of history can be read on the screens provided next to the display of the objects. The cafe at the castle has very friendly staff and the tuna toastie was delicious! Perfect spot to recharge.

Very well taken care of castle. The inside has been beautifully designed and incorporates the architecture of the castle very nicely. Prices are affordable for such a tourist attraction. But you can enter the viewing terrace without having to buy any entrance fees. The highest tower is included in the main entrance fee though. There are lots of museums in the castle. Also some for children (e.g. puppeteer museum). Bathroom usage costs 0.5 € which you can only pay cash (so coins). We went mid September on a sunny, warm day and it wasn't too crowded (even empty at times). We didn't enter any museum nor the tower and spent about 45 min. in the castle and another 30 min. around the castle. The way up wasn't too steep either and took us (mid 30s) about 25 min. We were glad, we didn't spent the money on the train up.

Simply breathtaking views from the Castle! You can spend en entire day here without getting bored. They have every thing you need: restaurant, caffee bar, wine bar, musseums 🤩 I would definetly need to come back 😉
