Wunderschönes Anwesen ca 3 km von Marburg entfernt. Anfahrt mit e-Bikes kein Problem. Sehr schöne komfortable Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Sehr gastfreundlich. Wir bekamen sogar ein ausgiebiges und schmackhaftes Abendessen , obwohl dies eigentlich nicht angeboten wird. Der kredenzte Wein war vorzüglich und die spezielle Weindegustation von mehrfach ausgezeichneten Weinen durch den Hausherrn das i-Tüpfelchen. Alles einfach 🔝

I booked this apartment for two dates for 1,5 month in advance: for 1-2 June and for 8-9 June. And I write this feedback for 1-2 June stay there + bad experience for 8-9 June attempt. The both times `Room with good view from balcony` was reserved and administration confirmed the stay for 8-9 June in exactly this room (Note - it's just one apartment with the such conditions: nice view and balcony. Other two don't have them at all) but once we finally reached the properly being drove around 800+km we faced the fact that administration gave this room to other people with no informed us about this decision. They even didn't give us good explanations their actions and they didn't even inform us in advance about it to have a space to find another place or so, as was logical - we just faced it being arrived. They just suggested us another room with worst conditions than originally reserved for the same price. No any other options or discounts were offered by them to resolve this situation - they just shrugged. As the result - we had to take money out and move to looking for another place, even if it was more expensive as many hotels were on sold out. Finally we found the hotel for 91 Euro, in comparing with 55 Euro + 5 Euro taxes. As you might realised - we were disappointed by it. ||||Overall minuses I found being stayed there from 1 to 2 June 2019: ||- too noisy up to 21-00 o'clock from everywhere: autobahn, working machines on vineyard, from neighbours due to thin walls, etc ||- no hot water in the bathroom ||- room is too small even for two people ||- too less shower gel ||- wine degustation was provided in too poor manner (comparing with other places around the world) ||||Other minuses I found being tried to stay there from 8 to 9 June 2019: ||- poor support and low professional behaviour in resolving usual matters in such situations.||||Literary speaking - it was waste of time. I can't recommend this property based on above.||||p.s. Breakfast was good actually - really good.

Sehr schön gelegen mitten in den Weinbergen. Sehr sauber und für wenig Geld am besten mit Taxi in das Stadtzentrum von maribor.
