Really bad. We wanted some ham and cheese. She cut the ham and gave me the whole cheese... for each further request, she just took a long breath and looked upset that I wanted something more. She just throwed the stuff on the counter and looked away! I don't care if they are nice or not, but at least take my requests and do your job. The market down the street was way better, just go there and don't waste your time.

Happy I read previous reviews about this shop. I turned my head round and she scanned another item. Luckily I noticed that she had three items on her screen instead of two. She just said sorry and cancelled the item she added ....by mistake.

Shopped here once during our stay in Dubrovnik. You get the basics like fruits, bread, coffee, toiletries and laundry stuff. You get the drift. A small mom & pop kinda shop. A little pricier than some others nearby, but if you travel here, you know you don't want to climb the dreaded stairs around the town at the end of your day just because a store nearby is cheaper. They had accidentally charged us some item that wasn't ours. So we went there the next day and told the person at the till. I honestly thought it would be a chore having to explain a lot but surprisingly, he brought up the bill on the computer and reversed the transaction. He gave us back the amount in cash. Even apologized. Thanks for that.
