I have a chronic skin condition and was forced to leave my neighborhood Derm because of horrible communication and prescription abandonment, so I was in a very delicate state for my first visit with Dr. Li. I was so pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and kind the front staff was, so comfortable and familiar. Followed by a very attentive assistant, before a thorough and informative visit. Dr. Li reinstated my prescriptions right away so I could resume my regiment and called me to check in a week later. Again to my surprise. Best care I’ve received in any doctors office in long time. There a little further away for me but clearly so worth it!
