I have another regular service (oil change, filters, front brake pads) in this company. it was a BMW X 6 2017. When registering the Auto for service, I indicated that there was a problem with the car's lane keeping system, as eloquently indicated by the signal icon on the panel. When I picked up the car, they told me that everything was in order and the car was without problems. When I took the car back, I found that the problem remained and nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service. As mechanics who work in this service, they can be trusted to repair and maintain a car if they did not pay attention to an obvious problem and did not offer any solution. Moreover, I informed the receiver 3 times, first one, then the second about the problem. They also deceive when issuing a car that everything has been fixed and now everything is normal. This is a very low level and a shame. By the way, the cost of the service included the cost of a complete diagnosis of the car.
