Service is terrible or good depending who is in the bar. Some of the staff is nice and efficient, but some other are really rude and careless. Takes 15-20 minutes to order a beer upfront in the bar when bar isn't packed. When crowded it can be an impossible mission. They are spoiling a nice place to watch sport games or listen nice live bands. Hope it changes for better Response to owner: I updated my rating to 3 stars(fair). Terrible service problem was limited to one person (a lady with tattoos in the bar which was very unfriendly and angry for no reason). I returned 2 more times and had better experience. I want to remark that the guy with the beard and cap, the big guy and the lady with glasses are very competent and friendly. In any case the procedure to order ticket first in the corner and later order drinks is very inefficient as all people is packed in a small area near the pub entrance and kitchen/bar exit. I like the bar concept, decoration, tv screens and live music. I am convinced that if the ordering process improves it will improve customers experience and pub results will substantially grow. Burger bun as it was from the cheapest store, medium steak basically raw, french fries literally cold. Small portions. Beer very nice.

I would like to warn everyone, that staff and management at this place is rude. On the first day of Russian-Ukrainian war we came here after the protests we had in the center of the city. The staff forced me and friends of mine to leave the place just bcs we had Ukrainian flags. And the management instead of apologies said that they "out of politics". I can't objectively say about beer or food, but I experienced the way the staff behaves.

Great staff and nice location. Mostly drinked beers there, but ate once also there and it was good.
