Užasno iskustvo! Čekali smo 50 minuta, a nitko nije znao gdje su djelatnice ni što se događa. Nema obavijesti, nema reda, samo nam govore "samo malo, sačekajte", bez ikakvog pojašnjenja. Potpuno neprofesionalno i neprihvatljivo za banku koja bi trebala raditi organizirano i transparentno. Gubitak vremena i živaca.
