Die Reservierung der Fahrräder verlief sehr unkompliziert und wir bekamen schnell eine Rückmeldung. Sie haben eine gute Auswahl an Fahrrädern. Diese waren für Leihräder zudem hochwertig. Grega gab uns ein paar Vorschläge zu den Routen in der Nähe (waren einige gute und leicht zu findende). Wir bekamen ein Fahrradschloss, ein Fahrradtool und Flickzeug. Helme und Fahrradtaschen konnte man sich auch ausleihen. Wenn ihr euer Handy ans Lenkrat anbringen wollt, solltet ihr euch eine geeignete Halterung mit nehmen.

I came here looking for a bike to do some relatively serious riding, about 50 miles, including some gravel. The bike they provided (Specialized Diverge gravel bike) was excellent and perfectly suited my needs. I especially chose this place because it looked like it had some decent road bikes (unlike manny others which only have mtb) and it exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic recent experience with Hike & Bike Slovenia. The owner, Grega, organised an excellent tour. Rental bikes were superb, accommodation excellent & the luggage transfers worked perfectly. Grega did a great job of designing the routes to suit our abilities. We didn’t want an off the shelf trip & he designed the course perfectly. We started in the Alps & finished at the Adriatic Coast. Would highly recommend this company.

I strongly suggest Hike and Bike. We rent ebikes which were super good. Grega is a very nice person. He did everything to help us and find a solution for my 12 ys old daughter. The suggested trial has been amazing! If I need to book ebike in future I will chose Hike and Bike, again. There are many other activities that looks interesting. Next time 😉

My father and I (both avid cyclists) did an e-mtb tour through Bohinj with Grega in early July. Grega was a fantastic guide, super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the e-bike tour because you get to see a lot more! Definitely visit Grega if you’re in Bohinj!

We hired some mountain bikes for the day and they were very high-spec, and we were very impressed. Even more impressive was that when we had a mechanical issue - which was not the fault of the business - they came and rescued me from the trail and brought me back. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. If you are staying in Bohinj and want some bikes (and you should because the local lake is stunningly beautiful and worth a visit) then I highly recommend Hike and Bike.

We hired 2 electric mountain bikes to ride to Lake Bohinj by booking them on their website and then confirming the details by email. Great welcome, advice and service. The bikes were efficient. Shop very well located.

I had been emailing Grega for about 4 years before I actually made it to Slovenia, but then Covid happened. My trip was on hold, and was actually years in the making before I made it to Slovenia this past May (2024) Grega actually introduced himself to me when he saw me at the Voje Valley prior to my guided tour with him when he recognized another Scot I was with. This is how switched on he is...I suspect he knows everyone in the area :) It was such a pleasure to finally meet him after years of emailing that it could not have been a better introduction to this larger than life character. He was in the middle of a hiking tour with a larger group at this time, but still made the effort to say hello and introduce himself, and say how much he was looking forward to the bike ride with me the following day. Not only did he arrange to meet me at my hotel the next morning, but he seemed just as excited as I was at the prospect of showing me a slice of his beautiful country. The tour took in some truly amazing sights of the Bohinj valley. Not only was the scenery amazing, but Grega's knowledge of the area is second to none. We ventured "off the beaten path" to take in spectacular views, coupled with stories about the areas history, it's people and his hopes and dreams for the future of mountain biking in this beautiful and highly protected area. I cannot recommend hikenadbike.si enough...Grega's knowledge of the area, combined with his amazing personality resulted in an experience I will never forget. Thank you for making my trip a truly memorable one. I look forward to my next visit, and more Hiking and Biking in your amazing country. Rob Highlands, Scotland.
