Uni Rent Car si trova fisicamente dentro un hotel ( Kolovare). Do 5 stelle solo perché non se ne può dare di più. Non ci era mai capitato di sperimentare una tale gentilezza, serietà e professionalità insieme in un noleggio auto. Sono dei veri professionisti, che si comportano come tali indipendentemente da chi hanno davanti e dall'affare che si trovano a trattare. Noi ci siamo rivolti a loro di mattina, all'ultimo momento, per noleggiare un'auto per un solo giorno e ci hanno trattati come se fossimo i migliori clienti dell'hotel. Great car rental! I went straight to the office to ask if they had any car available and they did offer me one in great condition. The booking process was smooth and quick, the personnel very helpful and nice, and the deposit was quickly returned. I highly recommend this car rental!

I rented from UNI twice, from Pula to Dubrovnik and from Split to Zagreb, 9 days in total. Staff spoke English well, was polite and professional. Cars were ready, clean and in good shape. The cost was reasonable and there was no hassle with additional charges for insurance and alike. Uni allows free drop off in another location and unlike the major rental companies, the age is not limited to 65 or 70 years of age. Even though I searched at the last minute, I was able to find a car, and they were extremely helpful and attentive. They gave me a discount and assisted me a lot. Even after I returned the car, they continued to be very helpful and didn’t cause any problems. You can definitely trust them. If I come here again, this will definitely be my choice for car rental.

Amazing customer service. We needed a car for 4 adults for a day while visiting on a cruise. We were lost in Zadar after calling around and no one having a car for us. Joseph went above and beyond, providing not only a car but also came to pick us up (we had wound up on a random side street) and at the end of day drove us back to the cruise port terminal - all complimentary. Cannot rave enough about his exceptional service! The car was new, clean, and in perfect condition. Thank-you Joseph, you saved our day! And your kindness and locals advice of what to do and how to get around was beyond helpful! Recommend Uni Car Rental 10/10!

Went there spontaneously to rent a car for a day trip. Darko was very helpful and didn’t try to sell us a more expensive rental. We even decidedly to change the day of the rental a couple hours later and it was no problem at all. When we picked up a car we even got an upgrade due to the car being extended from previous customers. We were extremely satisfied with our choice, had no problems during pick up and could even return the car when the shop was closed already. Charge was exactly as told with no additional costs. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for providing us an awesome comfortable day trip!

Polecam serdecznie. Jest to uczciwa wypożyczalnia, która nie próbuje naciągać klientów. Dostalismy lepsze auto bez dodatkowych dopłat. Darko obsłużył nas sprawnie i w miłej atmosferze. Wypożyczalnie wybrałem ze względu na dobre opinie i możliwość oddania auta w innym mieście bez dodatkowej opłaty.

Amazing customer service. Darko was so great-answered all of my questions about full coverage insurance and helped me change my contact to extend my rental so I could do a tour of Croatia. Such a great car rental experience, I felt very safe and I was able to rent an automatic! I dropped the car off in Dubrovnik and the agent Marko there was also kind and helpful. Will recommend this company to anyone going to Croatia.

Zarezerwowalismy auto przez internet przed wyjazdem do Zadaru, najmniejsze i najtańsze fiat 500 na 1 dobę żeby zwiedzić jeziora plitwickie, cena to 72 euro z pełnym ubezpieczeniem. Po dotarciu do wypozyczalni która punkt ma w hotelu, przemiły Pan wydał klucze do auta podpisaliśmy umowę i zablokował na karcie depozyt 500 euro. Po dobie oddaliśmy auto, odbiór przeprowadzała Pani która tylko obeszła auto czy nie ma uszkodzeń, spisała licznik i wydrukowała dokument potwierdzający zwrot auta i zwrot depozytu. Po 15 min depozyt został zwrócony. Reasumując, nie było żadnych ukrytych opłat, nikt nie chciał as zrobic w BALONA. Polecam z czystym sumieniem, bardzo szybko i bez żadnych problemów.
