Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Sixt. Bei meiner Buchung (Nr. 9519537176) kam mein Flug verspätet an, sodass ich erst um 22:02 Uhr bei der Station sein konnte – zwei Minuten nach Ende der Öffnungszeiten. Ich habe die Verspätung sofort über die Sixt-App gemeldet, trotzdem wurde mir eine pauschale Zusatzgebühr von 32 € berechnet. Auf meine Beschwerde erhielt ich lediglich eine standardisierte Antwort, in der lapidar auf die AGB verwiesen und mir wiederholt mitgeteilt wurde, ich sei leider zu spät gewesen. Eine persönliche Prüfung oder ein Entgegenkommen fand nicht statt. Hinzu kommt, dass ich vor Ort noch eine Zusatzversicherung für 131 € für 4 Tagen abgeschlossen habe – da erwartet man Kulanz, wenn man proaktiv informiert und extra zahlt. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als alles andere als kundenfreundlich und erwarte deutlich mehr Service von einem „Premium“-Anbieter. Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter war im Gegensatz dazu jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beware ⚠️ We got scammed here, they give us vague drop off fees and then slammed us later with 400 euro bills. The price was given without informing us about tax and then later they deducted amount with tax. Like if you are told to pay 600 euro expect to be charged 800 euros. Typical fraud and scam move.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Sixt am Flughafen Zagreb, auch außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Am Abend wurde ich freundlich empfangen, die Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert. Ein besonderer Dank an Ivan, der sich sehr engagiert und aufmerksam um alle gebuchten Extras gekümmert hat, wirklich ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter. Auch die Rückgabe am frühen Morgen vor Öffnung der Station lief absolut reibungslos per E-Mail, ohne Stress oder Wartezeit. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
