An sich ein sehr netter Kontakt, aber es wurde auf Teufel komm raus versucht weitere Versicherungen und Tankangebote zu verkaufen. Nach der Rückgabe erhielt ich eine immense Rechnung über Kratzer, die nicht von uns stammten und sogar im VorabProtokoll festgehalten wurden. Trotz Zeugen besteht sixt auf die Begleichung. Eine Frechheit Tipp: Vorher penibel genau Fotos vom ganzen Fahrzeug machen

Der Mitarbeiter in der Agentur selbst war nett und gab hilfreiche Informationen zu dem Land. Er bot uns eine Zusatzversicherung an, die wir im Internet nicht abgeschlossen haben. Wir hätten sie natürlich nicht nehmen müssen, er hat uns aber zu verstehen gegeben, dass bei dem kleinsten Kratzer eine grosse Rechnung folgen kann... Bei der Rückgabe des Autos war die Dame sehr unhöflich gab keinerlei Informationen, erst als wir selbst nachfragten. Das Auto selbst war super! Die Kommunikation mit Sixt über Mail hat gut funktioniert.

NEVER RENT FROM SIXT!!!It sucks!The staff keep telling people to buy their insurance and also,our car have the engine over heating problem and we dangerously drive the car to them and the only reply we got were "There nothing we can help".

DON'T RENT A CAR HERE!!! The people there are scammers. They try to generate money by chraging for damages that were not caused by the customer according to a ridiculous pricelist. And the customer is according to their "terms and conditions" always liable, even in cases of force majeure. That is truely a good method to get more money than just by renting cars, so they scam their customers this way

Overall nice service and a good car, but beware -- they charged more than the quoted price. They tacked on another 30 euros "foreign use fee" even though I already had a dropoff fee for Zagreb that had already been included in my quote. I objected and they said "I don't know why they did not include it, but we must charge it". Classic bait and switch. They should have included this in my quote.
