My Experience with Ambrea Brown was amazing! Very calm when we needed help with an issue. She explained in full detail to our understanding. We will continue connecting with her in the future! We will also like to thank Will for our very 1st experience over a month ago. These 2 deserve a raise and much more! By the way……we drive from Austin to work with them!

Rented from here earlier this week. When I arrived, they told me there are no cars available (what?!). As I was contemplating my next move since I really needed a rental, they magically found a car. Staff was fine but really didn’t seem concerned for me at all when they initially told me there were no cars. Car itself was fine. I would consider renting from a place that doesn’t overbook rentals though.

They didn’t have the car that I had rented. They refused to give me another car with the same rate. It was a waste of time and money ( UBER) to go there .

First time renting with Sixt and they could not have made it easier and more convenient. Check in and drop off was easy as can be and they had a brand new car ready to go for me when I picked it up. Will, their manager, was a pleasure to work with and was very friendly and helpful. He definitely made the whole process a breeze. I will be renting from this location again in the future!

Service was outstanding! Sixt didn't have the X5 I reserved (due to multiple people not returning rentals on time) (the only reason for 4 stars and not 5), but they more than made up for it. The X3 worked well. Staff should be commended!

I am very angry with SIXT!!!! I feel cheated. This morning I sent an email and also I called to SIXT Customer Service to extend my reservation for another day and they told me that the reservation could not be extended by phone or email, I had to do it directly in an office. I went to SIXT Houston Sonata Royal and the guy at SIXT told me that he couldn't extend my reservation, he even called one of his managers. He gave me the option of returning the car I had and getting another one, but of a higher value (double the price!!!!) In the end, in order not to waste any more of my time from office to office, I accepted. And now I receive this email where it says that I can extend my reservation.... I have called SIXT Customer Service again and a guy told me that it could be extended. I want a refund of the difference in money from the current car to the car I had. previously !!! I thought SIXT was the best car rental company and I was very disappointed.

Es confuso, llegar al counter por que esta en el lobby del hotel, y si sigues los rotulos llegas al parqueo del sotano del hotel... soy cliente regular, pero nunca me habian dado un vehiculo tan recorrido (30,000 millas) y lo peor demasiado sucio...

Sat in parking lot for an hour nobody there … Why have a location with no office , desk , phone number…update!!! The ladies working there are in the lobby but there isn’t 1 sign pointing to them ..they were nice and accommodating once they found us
