Slovenia was a wonderful country and I will definitely come back next year. But Sixt experience was like from wild 90’s… they charge you for nonsense nonexisting scratches and they do it in a secret way. They are cheap to rent but they collect money in their own way. I was surprised.

À l’inverse de pas mal de commentaires notre expérience avec cette agence SIXT a été très bonne. Véhicule présentant quelques dommages bien spécifiés à la récupération du véhicule, rien de plus à l’arrivée. Personnel sympathique de surcroît. Un petit bémol : option « fuel prepaid » activée donc nous avons rendu le véhicule dans la réserve pour limiter la perte.

Do not rent a car from them. They charged us for the scratch on the car probably that was there before us. We got charged after a few days we returned the car. I say probably because the scratch was so tiny that you can’t even see in the pictures. Also, they didn’t even ask for evidence from our end. We have pictures. Here is the scratch on the back of the car if you can find it!!!

The experience was very sketchy, they try to scam you. Be careful and dont let them check the car without you watching it. they make up the non existent micro scratches and insist you to pay for it. Are we in Ljubljana 2024 or in Soviet times with such shady games?

They sent an invoice for a scratch on the plastic used to slide baggage over into the trunk. Everyone slides their bags over it, and apparently, the imperfection is my responsibility. Attached is a picture of the "damage" and 127 Euro invoice. Scam. Scratch.

Quick and easy service!! Very clean and new Audi with no issues. Good pricing. Received car with full gas, return with empty tank. Petrol prices lower at the airport than off location
