I went there on recommendation of my friend and didn't regret. All costs are pretty transparent and communicated before renting, and what is more important we checked all scratches and defects together paying attention on the details. Not to forget to mention their friendly agents who answered on all my requests in just a couple of hours. I can only say, folks, you have my recommendation. We will see again on my next visit for sure.

Rent a car from Renty in Ljubljana was a truly extraordinary experience! The price of our car was quite reasonable, the car was perfect, and the people working there are friendly & helpful. The icing on the cake was the fact that after we delivered our car, and I asked how to get a cab back to our hotel, they offered to take us there (which they did). If I could give more than five stars I would do so!! I highly recommend Renty.

We found Renty after struggling to get a good rent a car company in Ljubljana. It was definitely our best choice! The staff was really nice, very flexible and available to help. The communication was really great and we loved the experience. We got an upgrade and our car was great and very pleasant to drive. We already recommended the company to friends that are visiting Slovenia for the summer. Thank you for the hospitality! :)

Initially, there were number of misunderstandings/questions with renting the car online (Car size, croosborder permit, insurance, additional driver....). From the moment I received the car from Renty and after I brought it to their attention, they did everything to sort out the "issues" quickly and to my satisfaction. The car I rented was clean, disinfected:-) and new and I'm very happy with the professional support and service in pick up and drop-off. I will happily use Renty services again.

Had an excellent experience with RENTY. My husband is very sceptical of most rental car places, as he’s heard many horror stories. We chose RENTY based off the good reviews and here to echo the same sentiment. Samir was very helpful and kind. No issues upon returning the vehicle and not pressured into purchasing additional insurance. We booked two carseats - which were in adequate condition - and were given a discount on the add on (a lovely bonus as adding carseats can drastically increase the rental costs). I'm always a little skeptical of car rental places and never know what to expect by reading reviews but this was a great car rental experience! We rented a car for two days and booked the day before via email. The pick-up process was easy, we had to pay a deposit of 500 euros but it was refunded a few days after return, no issues (although we did pay full insurance for peace of mind). I will say the location isn't in the city centre so we did have to take an Uber there but the manager offered to drive us back to the city centre which was great! Also, the car was also only half-full of petrol when we received it - this makes it difficult when filling up as we were unfamiliar with the car and didn't know how much to fill up to get back to halfway - so we ended up spending more on petrol than anticipated and returning the car with more petrol than before... **UPDATE** - The Renty team emailed me, apologised for the mix-up with the fuel and refunded me 20 euros. Very professional and it's evident they care about their customers.
