I would probably give 4 or 5 star cause the car was great but I had kind of really bad experience picking up the car. First of all I found out they do not operate Zadar Airport, so I had to take taxi for about 15€, however very nice person told me that they will solve the problem and they will send one of the employees with the car to the airport to help us as we have been there with 2 little girls and it was 9pm arrival. It didn't happen, we have been waiting for ages, it was late, we were hungry and tired, I rang the office to learn that this was never passed on to the employee, we had to get that taxi over anyway. My recommendation get the car from the airport and safe on taxi journeys. They said they will arrange pick up and drop off and none of these have been arranged, the office was closed when we came to drop off the car, and no one was there to take the car from us it was very unprofessional and risky for us cause we had to leave the car open with keys and all documents inside
