These guys are criminals. And I mean that. Be very careful. Myself and 2 other friends, on separate occasions we're ripped off and scammed by these guys. They tried to charge me a reactivation fee for being late to.collect my car. I was late because I stood in line for 40 mins.

Izuzetno razočaravajuće – nikada više OK Mobility! Mogu samo savjetovati da izbjegavate OK Mobility. Iskustvo je od početka do kraja bilo jedno veliko razočaranje. Extrem enttäuschend – nie wieder OK Mobility! Ich kann von OK Mobility nur abraten. Die Erfahrung war von Anfang bis Ende eine einzige Enttäuschung. Extremely disappointing – never again OK Mobility! I can only advise against using OK Mobility. The experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish.

Elegí el coche más económico 3 días por 92€ con cobertura premium la cual te permite estar libre de revisiones al recoger y entregar, por eso ya el coche tenía sus detalles. Proceso súper rápido. Lo único que no leí cuando reservé es sobre una fianza de 250€ en TC, supuestamente para garantizar la gasolina y la entrega a tiempo. A la semana me lo devolvieron.

Zagreb Airport, blonde women working yesterday at the counter (didn't want to give me her name, supervisors name) was rude, not professional and without any manners. I would say disgusting, disrespectful behaviour caused by frustration in her life that doesn't have to do anything about her job. Her job is to provide costumer services not her private frustrations. Probably outsourced individual that needs to be dealt with because never in my life had this kind of experience. Every month I drive rental cars, that is business related. First car that they tried to give was unsafe because plastic cover underneath was broken and you could cause accident with it (Ford eco sport registration ZG7564KH, don't let them make you pay this repair if you get this car!). Worker was sitting in his container, gave me a key and said car is 'over there'. Had to find it by myself on the parking. THERE WAS NO SHEET OF DAMAGED AREAS! He said you take a picture of damage you found we know damaged areas! When I confronted them with fault mess started, worker said speak to people on counter. Second car back light broken. Trying to scam with insurance because 'your' insurance is not covering damage for sure. Horrible horrible services and needs to be said that people working and handling customers in this company is absolute horror. Waiting to return the car and my company is ready to take them to court if they try to scam. NEVER AGAIN DEALING WITH THEM!

Ako volite biti prevareni, ovo je pravo mjesto za vas. Platili smo najam unaprijed online — ali su nas na šalteru opet oderali jer "nisu mogli pronaći rezervaciju" i uredno nas dvostruko naplatili unatoč sto sam mu pokazivao da je plaćeno na internet bankarstvu. Kao šećer na kraju, za 16 sati kašnjenja naplatili su (477€) čak četiri kazne za istu stvar: Late Return Fee Check-in Tardio Return Vehicle Outside of Trading Hour Abandon Penalty (iako je vozilo uredno vraćeno na ok mobility parking, kljucevi ostavljeni u boxu jer za šalterom nikoga nije bilo u 4 ujutro) Ukratko: naplatit će vam sve što mogu i još izmisliti što treba. Očajan i bezobrazan pristup. Ako želite izbjeći gubljenje novaca i živaca — zaobiđite ih.

Ok mobility has charged more then 160 Euro for extra insurance which was a surprise because insurance was paid via internet with reservation. Service and car Ok but be prepared for a surprise what makes every trip more exciting...

Poštovani / e , nazalost moram se osvrnuti na situaciju koja mi se dogodila prije 2 tjedna a isto/slicno jucer kao i danas . Prije 2 tjedna mi je kašnjenje radi promjene leta naplaćeno 50€ , bez obzira sta sam vrlo često gost iste kuće kod najma automobila . Jucer dođem i dobijem neuredan auto izvana a isto tako i iznutra . Tražim zamjenu za drugo vozilo ali ne žele to uvažiti , danas dođem nakon sta nisam mogao auto ujutro upalit i sta neke postavke u autu ne rade da bi se gospodin ponašao skroz neprofesionalno za svoj opis posla . Sicevi prljaviji , kod vozačevih nogu rupa ( posto nema podmetača za noge ) .

Till sofar only one star: in picking up the car they will try to sell you a far too expensive insurance (360 euro) which I could get with rentalcover for 80 euro's - When we finally found the car, there was a minimum of gasoline in the car (20%) although I paid a fee of 250 euro's in case I do not return the car full. I tried to phone them about this but it is impossible to reach them by phone. In my contract with them (voucher) there is made mentions of 1200 euro's of deposit which I organised to have on my creditcard. When I picked up the car (late evening - no alternative anymore) they forced me to have a 1600 of deposit. I rent cars for 15 years in Croatia, never had such an unkind experience. Update: an extra star. I returned to the desk at the airport to find out they offer a mobile phone number in the meantime and the lady was friendly and convinced me I should return the car as empty as I got it and that it would not be a problem. Think of adding a third star after returning the car. Update, finally everything went well. The car was nice and the deposit was returned to me. So I give the extra star as promised.

Sehr unprofessionell! Unfreundlich Wir haben Online ein Auto gemietet und haben ein anderes erhalten. Das Auto war beschädigt, nicht vollgetankt und dreckig! Nach 5 Minuten Fahrt erschien die Fehlermeldung: Reiffendruck prüfen bitte anhalten. Drei spröden Reiffen waren auf über 3 Bar aufgepumt, ein Reiffen gerade mal 1 Bar! Die Bremsen waren komplett durch, das Auto gab komische Geräusche von sich. Dies kann Lebensgefährlich sein. Ein Service am Fahrzeug wurde da wohl lange nicht gemacht, wenn überhaupt! Online mit Versicherung gebucht die unfreundliche blonde Frau am Schalter meinte, dass Sie dies nicht interessiert und sie mit dem nichts zu tun haben. Wir wurden dann fast gezwungen eine Versicherung abzuschliessen oder 1700 Euro Kaution zu hinterlassen(für einen Wagen unterer Klasse), der Betrag wird dann 30 Tage gesperrt. Da wir nicht diskutieren wollten und gehen mussten haben wir die Versicherung abgeschlossen ebenfalls mit dem Internationalen Versicherungsnachweis, dass wir in das Nachbarland fahren dürfen. Jedoch hat man uns kein Dokument oder etwas mitgegeben. Dies wird jedoch an der Grenze zu Bosnien oft verlangt. Als wir dann den Kundenservice angerufen haben, dass man uns das nachsendet, sagte man uns am Telefon das wir die gewählte Option nicht haben und wir nicht ins Nachbarland Bosnien fahren dürfen!!!. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, obwohl wir die Quittung darüf erhalten haben. Nie mehr wieder bei dieser Agentur! Ich empfehle Jedem eine andere zu wählen! Dies ist leider kein Eizelfall und kommt sehr oft vor!
