NOT OK, NO MOBILITY. SCAM. Our internet booking insurance was not recognized by them (so that was already 50€ lost), so we had 2 options: #1 was to make a deposit of 1600€ (!!) and only doable with credit cards. We french have only debit cards, so it left us with only option #2, which was to take their insurance, which was 200€ (for a 100€ car rental)! And guess what? Debit card was now OK to use to pay that. We had to cancel our reservation, getting only half reimbursed because of cancelation fees... On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude, didn't take any responsibility, and didn't want us to talk to any manager. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Atenție că păcălesc. Am luat prin Booking mașină cu când m-am dus sa o ridic mi-a cerut depozit suplimentar de 2150 euro...mașină plătită integral prin Booking cu asigurare premium.

Guter Vermieter. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einziger Fehler: Im Sommer stehen die Mietwagen nicht direkt am Flughafen sondern ca. 100 m hinter dem Flughafen Parkplatz. Kein Problem aber man kann kein Schild von OK Cars endecken. Wir sind bei 35 Grad mit unserem Gespäck 2 x die ganze Strasse auf und ab gelaufen. Dann haben Wir bei AVIS gefragt und die sagten uns direkt hinter AVIS. Also vom Flughafen kurz vor Avis rechts rein dann ist es schnell erreichbar.

Keep away!!! Can not recommend this car rental at all. I traveled to many countries and rented many cars and had never issues with my credit card. But this car rental was not accepting my credit card and mentioned that this is not a real credit card. But if I pay for their insurance extra they would accept. Unbelievable, absolutely scam!!! If you read the comments of others you will see I’m not the only one. In the end I had to pay three times the price!!! And they know in this moment you have no other option as to accept. So I can just recommend you to stay away and use one of the others very friendly car rental companies around. One positive point the lady at the pick up and drop of point was very friendly.

I can only speak for hire in Croatia and through an agent called stressfreecarrental.com Most car hire companies charge the minimum of a £1000 credit card deposit,which they take on collection of the car and it can take up to 30 days before it's credited back to your account. They also may deduct charges,fees and fines. I was not in the financial position to release this amount of money so looked for ways to get round this and the answer was simple,the more expensive the car hire,the less you pay as a deposit and ok mobility were out on thier own using this method. Yes,the car hire was at least 3 times as much compared with other companies but the refundable deposit was at least 5 times less and my £212 was totally refunded in less than 3 days. I could only find 2 companies that do this and the other one asked for approximately £600 for a deposit. This is obviously the reason why i chose the company and the agent but i was more than satisfied with with the car hire over-all and the staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. I would strongly recommend,especially for those on a smaller budget like myself. I would definitely use again.

Split Havaalanından araç kiraladım. İlk fiyat 12 Euro idi fakat 1400 Euro depozito ödememek için 24 Euro daha verdğm günlük 5 gün için 178 Euro kredi kartıyla ödedim. Split havaalanında ok Mobility ofisine gittim. Ofiste internet üstünden kiralama yaparken yazmamasına rağmen 250 Euro ceza ve otoyol geçişi üçin depozito yada 55 Euro sigorta parası istediler. Depozito ödememek ğçin sşgorta yaptırdım fazla ödedim desende bu başka şeyler üçün dediler. 12 Euro olan kiralama ücreti iki ne olduğu belli olmayan sigorta ile 47 Euro oldu günlük. Şimdi 1650 Euro depozito ödesem 12 Euro olurdu kiralama ve depozştoyunalırdın diyecektinğz. Sudan sebepten depozştom kesilirse yada hiç yatmayıp uğraştırırsa ne yapacağım.Araç teslim yeri havaalanı üçünde değil dışarıda havaalanın 750 metre dışındaydı. Böyle olduğunu bilsem kiralamazdım.

I found the staff at OK Mobility very thorough and informative. I thought the rental cost was exceptionally good value for money compared to the bigger names. This saved us alot of quite excessive cab/uber fares. I would definitely recommend OK Mobility at Split Airport and will absolutely use them again as I plan to return to the very beautiful country of 🇭🇷 ☺️

Ich hatte eine Gute Erfahrung mit OK Mobility. Schnelle Abwicklung. Ich hatte keine Zusatzversicherung gebucht. Das Auto war hervorragend, Opel Crossland. Abgabe am, 400Meter vom Spliter Flughafen, Parkstandort mit Übergabe an einen Schlüsselkasten weil keiner vor Ort war. Habe einen Tag später bescheidbekommen das die Kaution von 2150€ freigesetzt wird. Versicherung sollte 30€/Tag Kosten. Das Auto hatte ich andang Juni gebucht für ca.14€/Tag . Grüße OK Mobility

Es la compañía que siempre escojo a la hora de alquilar,está vez en Croacia me sorprendió para bien la limpieza exquisita del coche,ya que la ultima vez en Malta estaba lleno de suciedad y me extrañó,porque lo había alquilado en Malta 1 año antes y estaba impoluto.pero así y todo lo recomiendo,y yo seguiré con ellos mientras sigan con su política de funcionamiento y fianzas

Arnaque fuyez Sous prétexte que notre carte était une carte de debit ils nous ont pris 259,00 le gars quand j'ai rendu la voiture il m'a dit on te rembourse dans quelques jours cela fait plus d'un mois et aucun remboursement. Impossible a contacter pas de mail et le telephone ils ne répondent pas

Ok Mobility are my go to for car hire. I travel regularly and OK Mobility have been spot on every time. They have never tried to charge me for non-existent damage as many other car hire companies do and it is for this reason I recommend them to everyone. I did have a problem finding the pick up place for the car, so I suggest if you've not picked up at Split airport before that you take out your maps app and ask them to place a pin for you. It's simple when you know where it is, but the directions given to me by the guy on the desk were not clear enough.
