These guys are scammers, charged us for damage that was not legitimate. Of course they don't tell you that there was "damage" until you have already left the country. There is no way to contact them to contest the charge either. Avoid at all costs

Total scammer, I had to pay 500euro insurance for 12 days on top of the insurance I had already paid on booking because they don’t accept Amex, neither visa premium debit, neither in cash. (It was 1400euro, I was willing to provide that sum) The girl at the reception Ana is very rude and aggressive, I hope they will have to close that shop this is outrageous. So far Booking is refusing to reimburse

8 days after the return of our hired car, we receive an email to say they are only now starting the process of checking the car over to inspect for any damages etc. The car had sat in an open air, unfenced , unprotected parking lot, or potentially has even been rerented and they have the audacity to advise 8 days later, the vehicle needs to be inspected before they refund our €1650 security deposit.It is now 18 days later and despite our outrage and their confirmation they will release our deposit we still without these funds. They blame our bank but on all other car hires we have done in Europe ( 5 in total) the release of our security deposits occurred within 3 days of the return of the vehicle. I will never rent from them again, they have upset a well planned holiday that relied on using that significant amount of money they have unfairly and unnecessarily held onto

I had an absolutely terrible experience with OK Mobility that I feel compelled to share to warn other travelers. What happened: • Booked car rental for €180 through online booking website, paid deposit with American Express • Upon arrival, staff member was unfriendly and immediately tried pushing a €500 rental upgrade • When I presented the same American Express card used for booking to pay the €2000 deposit, I was told they “don’t accept American Express for deposits” • Conveniently, if I upgraded to the €500 option, suddenly no €2000 deposit was required • This restriction was NEVER mentioned during online booking, yet they happily took my Amex payment initially The real kicker: After being forced to cancel my booking, I visited other rental companies at the same airport - every single one accepted American Express without any issues whatsoever. This appears to be deliberate deception: • Accept Amex for online payments but reject it at the counter • Create fake “policies” to pressure customers into expensive upgrades • Use aggressive upselling tactics when customers are stuck at the airport • Provide zero advance warning about payment “restrictions” Bottom line: This feels like a classic bait-and-switch scam. They advertise low prices to get you to book, then create artificial problems that can only be “solved” by paying much more money. Save yourself the stress and book with literally any other rental company at the Airport. They all accept standard credit cards and treat customers with basic respect. Date 16/07/2025

Reservamos el coche y luego llamamos para confirmar el importe que nos cobrarían para cruzar la frontera a Montenegro, y nos dijeron desde la sede de España que la compañía no permitía cruzar frontera, cosa que es mentira. Deberían informarse mejor de estas cosas porque casi nos hacen reservar otro coche por el miedo que nos metieron de que no íbamos a poder ir cuando ya teníamos todo reservado. Al llegar ahí pagamos la tasa de 134€ y no tuvimos ningún problema. No entiendo tantos comentarios negativos, para nosotras tanto la recogida como la entrega ha sido rapidísima y sin problemas. Claro, la gente no quiere pagar la póliza con seguro premium para ahorrarse dos duros y al final llegan los problemas..

Una vergüenza el trato las dos empleadas de la oficina, concretamente una chica morena con trenzas. Reservamos un coche que ya estaba dañado por fuera, y ya no le dimos importancia porque teníamos el seguro contratado completo, estando el coche en mal estado. La sorpresa fue cuando entramos en el coche y el cinturón de uno de los asientos de la parte posterior no funcionaba. Fuimos a avisar y la respuesta fue “sin problema, ya pasaremos el parte” pretendiendo que nos fuéramos con el cinturón sin funcionar siendo un peligro. Hacían bromas entre ellas, riéndose, mostrando muy poca profesionalidad, hacía nosotros y otros clientes que venían. Tras insistir y hacernos esperar (pretendían que esperáramos más de 1h) nos cambiaron el coche, pero no sin malas caras y risas. Muy mal trato, malísimo, nada recomendable

Avoid OK mobility and you will actually save money. Besides the fact that I had to pay €150 extra to take the car across the border for three days (almost as much as my 9 day car rental and 3x more than what a large rental company charges ) my Mastercard credit card did not work. I wanted to try another card with debit/credit functionality but the lady at the desk said if I tried this card, I may loose my €2,100 deposit and I should not contact her if I do - this happened to another customer she said. I almost took out OK mobility insurance for €400 (yes more than double the cost of my 9 day rental and more expensive than the bigger companies) just to deal with the fact that they could not accept my credit card, but then I figured no way - this is probably their business model. I am grateful that I booked via Booking.com and that I could get a refund after I booked with another company on the spot. (Besides above, the car was a bit smaller but in the same class I guess and not very clean from the outside. But hey, I was willing to give them some slack for this). We had a great time in Croatia, and I hope this review helps you to!

Avis au français, ce n'est pas parce que c'est facile de réserver que c'est une bonne compagnie. Arrivé devant le "bureau" nous avons attendu près de 20 min le temps que quelqu'un nous prenne en charge, mauvais accueil, mauvais regard et nous ris au nez à croire qu'on sort d'une blague ou je ne sais quoi, parle sec aucune bonne foi bref personnel 0/20 si vous pouvez mettre un peu plus dans le budget choisissez une autre compagnie de location de voiture et surtout regardez les avis !!! À fuir !!!

Réservation de dernière minute par internet pour 14 jours. Une fois sur place l'agence nous dit qu'il faut payer soit une assurance en plus soit une caution de 1650€. Au final on ne peut pas payer la caution avec une carte de débit donc obligé de prendre l'assurance non remboursée (environ 500€ + 140€ de frais pour aller au Monténégro et en Bosnie). Après avoir appelé le SAV, ils nous ont informé que l'agence nous avait fait payer des frais brise glace et assistance normalement déjà comprise avec l'achat sur le site (qui vont normalement nous être remboursés). Au moment de rendre la voiture, le vendeur ne voulait pas aller faire le check up, alors qu'on lui avait bien demandé (pour éviter qu'il nous arnaque et nous charge plus tard pour des dégâts sur la voiture). On a dû forcer pour qu'il marque que la voiture était ok. De plus tous les vendeurs ont été désagréables à la limite de nous reprocher d'avoir réservé à la dernière minute (l'autre agence avec qui on avait reservé avait déjà vendu notre voiture) et de ne pas savoir pour les assurances en plus (indiquées nulle part sur le site).
