Very polite and helpful staff, the only thing was we booked to have a SAT NAV, and we received a car that didn’t have one available without plugging our phones in. But other than that the car was great! 😊

We paid all of the fees to take the car across borders- but we were sent with expired paperwork and also registration for a different car, which made crossing borders nearly a nightmare. The car was marked at a higher fuel level than actual at pickup,but you receive the paperwork before you get the vehicle… they did not have the size of car we booked- all they had was a bigger vehicle. We couldn’t get help from the US due to very limited availability- rethink using this company.

Beoma sam zadovoljan sa kompletnom uslugom. U početku sam bio vrlo skeptičan, pošto prvi put iznajmljujem vozilo, a cena je bila nestvarno povoljna. Zahvaljujući gospođi Mili koja mi je do detalja sve objasnila i razbila sve predrasude, dobio sam odlično vozilo i beskrajno sam zahvalan kompaniji. Momci u garaži su predusretljivi i profesionalni. U avgustu 2024 godine sam rezervisao vozilo preko Enterprise kompanije. Vozilo je bilo novo i ok. Depozit je vracen manje vise u regularnom roku. Pre dva dana( sada je aprli 2025) mi je stigao email od Enterprise u kome me obavestavaju da ce naplatiti parking kaznu koju su dobili od parking servisa a prosledjena im je preko leasing kompanije. Enterprise me obavestava da ukoliko nisam platio kaznu pre njihovog obavestenja oni ce naplatiti dodatnih 18 evra kao processing fee. Pritom ne salju kopiju od parking servisa nego fakturu od leasing kompanije, a na moje pitanje gde je originalna kazna odgovaraju da je faktura dovoljna. Posle par emailova mi ipak salju kopiju iz parking servisa. Dakle, pod jedan nefer uslovi gde ja nemam sansu da platim kaznu jer me niko nije obavestio, a pod dva natezanje da dobijem bilo kakav dokaz o kazni. Gospodo, zbog 18 evra ste izgubili musteriju koja je imala rezervaciju za septembar ove godine. Ne preporucujem ovu kompaniju.
