Pequeño negocio, pero gran servicio. Hicieron que fuera muy fácil alquilar un coche, como el propio nombre de la empresa indica. Cabe destacar la amabilidad, atención y transparencia del personal. Tanto por mail como en persona fueron muy proactivos y resolutivos. Nos facilitaron un Volkswagen Taigo prácticamente nuevo y a buen precio. Además, no hubo pega alguna ni a la hora de entregarlo ni a la hora de devolverlo. En resumen, quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio, el personal y el vehículo. Mucha suerte para el futuro!!

I rented a Volkswagen UP automatic from the airport of Dubrovnik to move around Dubrovnik and Cavtat. I had done much research before and found EasyRent after rejecting many better known car rental agencies. As everyone, I was anxious about the quality and terms of the car rental. I can say the reviews are totally accurate and the EasyRent is the best car rental company I have encountered. All terms were crystal clear and they eagerly answered my questions by emails, which were detailed and very frequent, with eagerness and professionalism. I paid full insurance and thus only a deposit of 100 euros was needed. The people in EasyRental explained and gave me instructions about visiting Bosia and Montenegro with the car and provided all necesary documentation. The booth of service is just in front of the arrivals area of the Dubrovnik airport . Everything was smooth. A big advantage is that the company also offers a parking space jusr off the city centre of Cavtat. This reduces the need to walk from the outskirts of Cavtat where many hotels and apartments are. I am surely going to rent from them again in the area of Dubrovnik or their other locations. I recommend EasyRent wholeheartedly!

I didnt really believe that perfect 5.0 rating at first but well its all true. Staff was super friendly, when we came they were celebrating their collegue birthday and they shared a beer with us. We rented the cheapest automatic vw up but when we came we got brand new mazda 2 hybrid which was awesome. When we returned the car they just asked if everything was good. They did not search for any scratches. Seriously I would not look at any other car rental company now

Uncomplicated and friendly service. Very good car (VW Polo). An absolute advantage is that the green card for crossing the border to Montenegro is included. Please keep in mind that the gas stations near the airport are closed in the early morning (open at 7 am).

Měli jsme rezervaci na VW UP ale nakonec jsme dostali VW Beetle, což mělo sice dražší pojištění ale bylo to super auto na cesty, auto bylo v dobrém stavu a skvěle se řídilo. Ocenili jsme při večerech sundání střechy. Na místě jsme vyřídili do 5 minut a vše bylo bez problému. Dostali jsme zelenou kartu na překročení hranic což jsme využili jak do Bosny tak Černé Hory. Vrácení auta v 7 ráno taky v pořádku. Depozit jsem měla zpět do několika minut. Zatím má nejlepší zkušenost s půjčovnou. Něco málo si připlatíte ale stojí to za to. Rozhodně doporučuji.
