Laut Vertrag welchen man am Schalter unterschreibt, hatte das Auto keine Schäden. Am Auto angekommen (üblicher Check) wurde extrem viele Kratzer und Dellen festgestellt, die sogar schon markiert waren -> immer alles dokumentieren. Auch wurden uns 10€ für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt obwohl das Auto dreckig übergeben wurde und nicht viel Schmutz hinzugekommen ist. Tank war nicht ebenfalls nicht voll - laut Vertrag sollte dieses der Fall gewesen sein.

Service exécrant. J’ai payer un acompte de 99 euros avec economy car rental rentals sur internet et je me suis fais avoir soit disons ma carte de crédit n’est pas valable (débit et pas crédit). Il voulais donc me payer une taxe supplémentaire de 350 euros en PLUS (pas remboursable). J’ai été chez la concurrence à côté HERTZ, est la aucune surprise, ma carte magiquement marchait, ils étaient tres sympa d’ailleurs! A fuir!!!! Je ne recommande pas!

Huijareita täynnä koko yritys! Sanovat hyväksyvänsä Mastercard luottokortin katevarauksen tekemiseen, mutta eivät hyväksy, koska siinä ei ole kohokuvioita. Tällä verukkeella pakkomyyvät todella kalliin lisävakuutuksen, jonka katevarauksen kuitenkin pystyy maksamaan Mastercard-luottokortilla. Täyttä huijausta!

Ich kann nur positiv über meine Erfahrung mit Carwiz berichten hatte bei einem anderen Anbieter über Billiger-Mietwagen ein Fahrzeug gebucht aber leider keins bekommen da ich ohne es zu wissen keine Amex benutzen konnte über den Support wurde bei Carwiz ein Fahrzeug angemietet alles lief problemlos insbesondere die Mitarbeiterin „Dragica“war sehr freundlich und vor allem hilfsbereit ich hätte laut Support noch 2 Stunden warten müssen aber nur nach knapp 20 Minuten hatte ich mein Fahrzeug und zusätzlich eine Klasse höher als gebucht ohne Aufpreis!!!dafür nochmals vielen Dank ich bin im Juni wieder in Kroatien und werde bei Carwiz definitiv wieder buchen.

ACHTUNG, ABZOCKE! Als ich am Schalter war, um mein Fahrzeug abzuholen, wurde meine Kreditkarte abgelehnt, da sie keine hochgeprägten Zahlen hatte. Diese Voraussetzung war jedoch nirgendwo in den Geschäftsbedingungen aufgeführt. Mir wurde daraufhin nur die Möglichkeit angeboten, eine Kaskoversicherung dazu zu buchen – diese wäre mit meiner Kreditkarte ohne Hochprägung möglich. Um meine Reise fortsetzen zu können, entschloss ich mich, die Zusatzversicherung abzuschließen. Nach mehreren E-Mails mit dem Kundensupport nach der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs wurde mir schließlich mitgeteilt, dass meine Kreditkarte doch hätte verwendet werden können. Stattdessen wurde mir jedoch eine angebliche Fahrzeugbeschädigung angerechnet, und ich wurde vor die Wahl gestellt, entweder die Zusatzversicherung weiterzuführen oder für den Schaden aufzukommen, den ich nicht verursacht habe. Da auch andere Bewertungen von ähnlichen Erfahrungen berichten, scheint es, als würden Kunden systematisch betrogen. FINGER WEG!

Great experience renting with carwiz cannot fault them at all, would definitely rent from them again. Booked a kia ceed estate initially and when I turned up the battery in the key was dead so they upgraded me to an audi a6 estate for only an extra £25 which was a bargain. When I returned the car they did a quick check over and then closed the contract confirming no damages. Deposit returned via credit card within 3 days of me returning

The service, or rather the employee at the counter, deserves all the praise (speed, helpfulness, ...), but the quality of the vehicle is a complete disaster. The vehicle I received is 4 years old and has traveled over 60,000 km. The bodywork is damaged in a number of places, while the interior is difficult to describe in words, so I am attaching a picture that explains everything. Renting a vehicle like this shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Es una estafa y el servicio es PÉSIMO. Teníamos alquilado un coche por 5 días y al llegar al aeropuerto de Split, nos dicen que la tarjeta de crédito debía tener un relieve en el número de la tarjeta. En ningún lado de sus Términos y Condiciones se específica que la tarjeta debe tener ese relieve. Además, te dicen que si pagas un “extra fee” entonces sí pueden utilizar una tarjeta de crédito sin los números sin relieve. En fin. Una ESTAFA. Por cierto, si das tu tarjeta sin relieve y no pagas el extra fee, te cobran un depósito de 1.400€ a fondo perdido. Es una vergüenza.

Everything was just perfect! The employees are very kind and accommodating! We had a sweet fiat 500 in perfect condition, that took us well and easy through the wonderful landscapes of Croatia. Pickup and return was easy and quick, even though we came late at night and left quiet early in the morning! Would recommend and always choose Carwiz again.

Już nie pierwszy raz korzystam z usług firmy CARWIZ. Formalności związane z wypożyczeniem auta zajęły 5 min. Auto czyste, sprawne. Ze zwrotem kaucji również nie było żadnych problemów po paru dniach blokada została zdjęta. Polecam
