Absolute Frechheit. Über check24 gebucht, für unseren Flug gab es zunächst eine Verspätung angerufen bescheid gegeben angeblich kein Problem. Dann wurde unser Flug annulliert, angerufen angeblich kein Problem wenn wir eine Email schreiben. Gesagt getan, mit einem Tag Verspätung angekommen dann die Überraschung: der Mitarbeiter verwies auf die tarifbedingungen das ab 1Std Verspätung kein Anrecht mehr auf den Wagen besteht, wir müssen neu buchen. Der neue Preis war mehr als doppelt so hoch wie der ursprüngliche. Danke nein. Eine andere Vermietung hat uns für einen angemessenen Preis ausgeholfen. Avia Pula nie wieder. Wir hoffen auf check24, dass die für uns etwas regeln können. Die ganzen schlechten Rezensionen sprechen für sich, lieber vorher informieren

- Cold reception upon arrival - Complete inspection of the car before picking up the vehicle (first time I've had to do this with the staff) - No child seat suitable for my 5-year-old daughter was provided, even though I had reserved one. I was "lucky" enough to be able to search their store for a child seat myself, but I couldn't find my "treasure." - Upon returning the vehicle, the same cold reception. - Of course, a complete inspection of the vehicle. - No documents to sign upon returning the vehicle (everything was in order according to the staff), whereas upon receiving the vehicle, I had to sign several documents. I'm giving the vehicle 3 stars because it took us wherever we wanted and never broke down. However, the quality of service is not up to our standards. If I were to visit this magnificent country again, I would book a vehicle with another company.

A decent service spoiled by pushy sales tactics. No one at desk when we arrived, had to go into car park to locate someone. Vanja served us & tried to tell me my additional insurance I had bought elsewhere prior to travel was " no use". He tried to push a 450 euro insurance deal. His claim was absolutely untrue (I contacted my insurance company to check) and also deceitful trying to take advantage of weary travellers. He then informed we need to clean the car prior to return or be charged 12 euros ! Please just add 12 euros to your hire charge - people don't go on holiday to wash their car ! Fortunately a chap called Tarik checked the car out and also on return. He was thorough, professional but above all friendly. Car was nearly new, very good.

Robbery Took a long time to deliver the car when we arrived at Pula Airpor. Got a nice car. Went over the car quickly at the Airport. also stood in a long queue when delivering the car, when you have to catch a plane! other companies spend 5 minutes on this. with AVIA it took over 30 minutes. upon delivery AVIA found a tiny scratch above the wheel arch. this small scratch can easily be fixed by polishing the car which you have to do regularly anyway. they charged 288 EUR for this. Go clear of this company. this is robbery.

Never againThe employees are very rude. They claimed that the car was dirty even though I personally washed it before I came to return it. They took 12 euros for that, they even made a circle with the car as if they were taking it for carwas but that was just a trick. The car was rented as I drove it to the next customer.Employees get a bonus from things like this and try their best to make it happen. Sad, but true. Unfortunately.

Mooie nieuwe auto. Maar...... 50 min moeten wachten, omdat elke klant voor ons werd lastiggevallen met allerlei opdringerige voorstellen. Zoals uiteraard verzekering, terwijl ze zouden moeten kunnen zien dat we die bij discover cars al hadden afgesloten. Gedoe over het kopen van een tank benzine, wat een onzin. Een schoonmaakbeurt van €12. Nog nooit meegemaakt! Zal mij benieuwen wat er nog aan ellende tevoorschijn komt wanneer we de auto gaan inleveren. Eens maar nooit weer Avia!

VORSICHT ABZOCKER! Fahrzeug über Check24 für ca 200€ gemietet und bezahlt. Bei der Abholung wurde dann unsere Debitkarte und Bargeld für die Kaution nicht aktzeptiert und uns gesagt, dass wir das Auto aber für 460€ ohne Kaution haben können. Natürlich haben wir das abgelehnt, woraufhin der Mitarbeiter die Übergabe des Fahrzeuges dann schnell bestätigt hat. Nach Bestätigung war die Stornierung über Check24 nicht mehr möglich. Absolute Abzocker Masche!! Wir haben dann woanders ein Fahrzeug für deutlich weniger Geld gemietet.

Goedkope service, eindstand moeten we een enorm bedrag van 300 euro betalen voor een krasje van 1 cm op de velg die er al zat voordat we de auto kregen. Complete afzetterij. Afrader, niet doen! Matej is compleet onredelijk en onvriendelijk.
