The child seat was good and easy to fix. The car we had, a Kia Ceed, was big enough for us 4 (2 adults and 2 kids)

It was the worst I have ever seen in my life from professionals. After we had made the reservation and it had been confirmed properly, we went to the office after two days and they told us that they did not have a car and they did not have a child car seat. They went to give us a bigger and more expensive one, but we did not accept it. What made us angry was that we were not notified and there was no intention to serve us.The employee, on the other hand, was rude and simply said, "Excuse me, I don't have a car." He didn't show people who had a baby and hung up on us, forced us and we lost the tickets we had bought for the Plivitz park. He didn't even put us in touch with a colleague. On a day like this, it was impossible to find a car. It should be noted that on Wednesday, a friendly couple of ours They had made a reservation and were told they didn't have a car when they went there, maybe they have a system. Worst case, never go.
