On a louer une voiture à Dubrovnik pour 3 jours et tout s’est bien passé ! Pas de soucis par rapport au fait qu’on ai pas de carte de credit (ce qui est un soucis pour d’autres compagnies). La voiture était super, malgré un petit bug sur l’écran principal (il revenait toujours dans les paramètres de l’heure). Pour la récupérer c’était simple et efficace, et pareil pour la rendre. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés !

Avax is the only Croatian rental company that was able to meet our need to transport a group of eighteen on a road trip from Dubrovnik to Split, with the help of two reliable and comfortable Renault Traffic vans. The staff is super accommodating and helpful, punctual, friendly - both in Dubrovnik and in Split. Without Avax and their excellent fleet of vehicles, our trip won't be possible.

Hired a car whilst on holiday in Dubrovnik with my wife and 2 yound children. Pick up from the Lapad location was simple, smooth, and fast thanks to the online checkin. I was given a free upgrade of car and the man was professional and friendly. I was initially quoted for winter tyres, but this cost was removed by them as it was not necessary. This was very honest of them. Car and car seats provided were all excellent. We had a brilliant time driving up to Ston and Mali Ston. Drop off at Dubrovnik airport was really easy. No pressure or stress at any point. I can definitely recommend this service.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con el alquiler. Inicialmente, hicimos una reserva de tres días ya que es a partir de esos días que el cruce de fronteras no implica un cargo extra. Nos atendió Djordje, que estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros. El coche estaba bien (12.000 kms) y tenía todas las funcionalidades clave (Car Play y buenas funcionalidades). Decidimos extender un día extra y nos dieron todas las facilidades. Incluso Djordje nos esperó a que llegásemos para poder devolver el coche el día que queríamos. ¿Qué mejorar de la experiencia? Quizás tan sólo un par de detalles: - Deberían dar el depósito del coche lleno y solicitar que se devuelva igual. Recibimos el coche con un cuarto de depósito de gasolina y nos dijeron que debíamos devolverlo aproximadamente con lo mismo. Creo que es francamente complicado medirlo en un coche que no conozco. Al final, terminé por dejar el coche con medio depósito y no tengo noción de que se nos descontase. - En la web se cobraba un extra por día por los neumáticos de invierno y, salvo error por mi parte, era neumáticos normales.
