Ako tražite uzbuđenje, spektakularan pogled i profesionalnu organizaciju, Zip Line Dubrovnik je apsolutni pogodak! Već sam dolazak na lokaciju oduzima dah – pogled na more i staru gradsku jezgru jednostavno je nevjerojatan. Posebno bih htio/htjela pohvaliti naše vodiće Miju Big G i Loki, koji su cijelo iskustvo učinila još boljim. Bili su izuzetno ljubazni, smireni i duhoviti, a istovremeno vrlo profesionalni. Jasno su nam objasnili sve sigurnosne mjere, potaknuli nas da se opustimo i pobrinuli se da se svi osjećamo sigurno i uzbuđeno u isto vrijeme. Sam zipline je fantastičan – osjećaj "letenja" iznad pejzaža Dubrovnika je nešto što se ne zaboravlja tako lako. Idealno je i za one koji su prvi put na ziplineu, ali i za one koji traže malo adrenalina. Sve u svemu, topla preporuka za ovu avanturu!

Incredible experience, Z and G were incredible guides and very reassuring and also gave us very useful tips on what to do in our stay in Dubrovnik which fitted our personal interests. Ziplines were amazing, thrilling but also simple and you could take it at your own speed

We all loved this experience. The instructors (Big G and Mia) were brilliant - entertaining, informative and reassuring (we always felt incredibly safe). They spoke impeccable English, and were great with the kids too. The view of Dubrovnik from the zip line is absolutely breathtaking, as was the sunset we watched while sipping wine.

Une vue panoramique sur les toits de Dubrovnik, un sunset des plus incroyables qu’il m’ait été donné de voir dans ma vie, accompagné d’un petit vin compris dans le tarif. 1 kms de Zipline totalisés sur les 4 descentes effectuées avec le décor incroyable. Wir haben unseren Roller in der Nähe geparkt – an einem Ort, der niemanden gestört hat – um uns kurz über die Zipline und die Aussicht zu informieren. Leider wurden wir sofort von 2–3 Personen ziemlich unfreundlich weggeschickt und aufgefordert, woanders zu parken. Eigentlich hatten wir vor, die Zipline auszuprobieren und Geld lassen – aber bei so einem unfreundlichen Empfang haben wir uns dagegen entschieden. Antwort an den Inhaber : Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Rückmeldung – auch wenn der Tonfall genauso belehrend wirkt wie Ihr Verhalten vor Ort. Mir geht es nicht darum, Regeln zu ignorieren, sondern darum, wie man mit Menschen umgeht – selbst wenn sie (noch) keine Kunden sind. Hätten Sie uns in einem normalen, höflichen Ton angesprochen oder kurz erklärt, worum es geht, wäre die Sache in zwei Sätzen erledigt gewesen. Kein Problem, kein Groll, keine negative Bewertung. Stattdessen wurden wir angebrüllt und mit vermeintlichen Sicherheitsvorschriften konfrontiert – das wirkt eher nach Frustbewältigung als nach professionellem Kundenservice. Ich habe die Bewertung nicht geschrieben, um Ihnen zu schaden, sondern weil der Umgang schlicht respektlos war. Fakt ist: Wir haben nicht auf Ihrem Parkplatz geparkt, sondern auf einem winzigen Fleck neben der Treppe zum Aussichtspunkt – ein Platz, auf den exakt ein Roller passt. Ihre Behauptung, dass bei „mehreren“ Fahrzeugen der Betrieb gestört würde, ist daher realitätsfern und überflüssig. Da dieser Bereich nicht klar als Ihr Gelände ausgeschildert war (und die Treppe auch nicht gesperrt ist), wirkt Ihre Empörung überzogen. Wir haben niemanden behindert, und weit und breit war kein anderer Roller zu sehen – Ihre Darstellung entspricht somit nicht der Realität. Dass es vor Ort keine Möglichkeit zur Information gibt, ist ein echter Minuspunkt. Man kann nicht erwarten, dass jeder vorher online bucht, ohne sich vorher kurz umzusehen oder eine Frage zu stellen. Zwischen fahrenden Autos anzuhalten, um Schilder zu lesen, ist keine realistische Option – zumal der Weg dorthin nur teilweise bzw. einspurig asphaltiert ist. Zu behaupten, ich hätte „nur einen Parkplatz gesucht“ und sei „verärgert“ gewesen, ist eine billige Unterstellung. Sie haben keine Ahnung, ob ich nicht tatsächlich vorhatte, bei Ihnen zu buchen. Wenn man nicht einmal in der Lage ist, einem potenziellen Gast freundlich und sachlich zu begegnen, braucht man sich über Kritik nicht zu wundern. Kurz gesagt: Der Umgang mit Interessenten sagt oft mehr über ein Unternehmen aus als der Umgang mit zahlenden Gästen. Und ja – Bewertungen spiegeln nicht nur das „Produkt“ wider, sondern vor allem den Eindruck, den man vor Ort hinterlässt.

Great experience at Panorama zipline Dario was such an awesome guide he even took pics of me and my daughter with his phone as I forgot to bring my camera and shared them with me.Zipline was a great experience with an amazing view of Adriatic sea and old town Dubrovnik.

The guys at panorama zipline Dubrovnik are ace. We were met with a cheerful driver Ivo who took us up to the summit where we were greeted by two other team members, frank & joe (English version names , sorry 🙂). We were given a small rucksack to put our personal possessions in and also a cold bottle of water. Then we got kitted up and all had a practice on one of the small lines , maybe 4 metres max long. We are a family of four with one 16 year old boy & 9 year old girl who both found the technical side of using the brake for the zip straight forward enough.The guys demonstrated this multiple times and were helpful and patient. Once you get the first line done it’s a blast and you can just chill and enjoy the rest as you know what to expect. We had 4 goes in total 2 on long and 2 on only slightly shorter but maybe steeper. It was a real blast with absolutely stunning views. I would certainly recommend it as a must do if visiting Dubrovnik. We loved it.

Ich finde es war wirklich gut und spannend, es gab zwei Bahnen und sie waren lang. Die Rüstung war sicher. Ich habe wirklich Spaß bekommen. Das einzige war, dass wenn du fliegst, ist es laut. Es gibt zwei Runden, und bei der zweiten Runde in der Mitte kann man Fragen stellen und noch ein bisschen was Neues erfahren.
