More issues with one boat during a two week sail than during my whole skippering life altogether. Base Manager is a good guy, but he needs to tidy up his maintenance team. Maybe this weak croatian season would show companies like this who does not care about the maintenance that they can lose money fast way. I will not sail with this company ever.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met Master Yachting. Onze schipper was professioneel, sprak veel talen goed en wist heel goed waar hij mee bezig was. De boot was ook mooi en schoon, goed uitgerust. Het enige minpuntje was wel: er werd ons verteld dat wij pas om 17u de boot op mochten. Later hoorden wij dat wij wel eerder erop mochten en ook al zouden mogen vertrekken. Dit was jammer, want anders waren wij graag eerder al uit de haven vertrokken.

Appena terminato un fantastico viaggio alle isole incoronate con un catamarano super, bellissimo, pulitissimo e completo di ogni comfort. Il viaggio attraverso le meraviglie e’stato reso speciale dal nostro super skipper, Joseph. Siamo stati coccolati per 7 giorni, godendo dei suoi consigli, della sua competenza e grande professionalità . Super attento a tutto, ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro. Abbiamo condiviso tante cose tra cui anche la sua cucina con ricette e piatti veramente da grande chef. Dopo tanti viaggi in barca con skipper, Joseph è per noi famiglia, le cui capacità professionali hanno soddisfatto notevolmente le nostre aspettative e già ci stanno facendo pensare al nostro prossimo viaggio. Grazie di cuore per tutto💥

Nie polecam. Łódź została nam oddana w stanie daleko odbiegającym od ideału. Wszystkie toalety były napełnione po brzegi wodą i w kajutach unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Woda spływała z nich z trudem, w jednej pływały resztki kału. W trakcie rejsu udało się nam je udrożnić. Jedna z toalet od samego początku wydawała się być niedokręcona do podłoża i lekko się chybotała. Niestety ku naszemu zaskoczeniu armator, po zakończeniu rejsu obciążył nas kosztami za zatkaną toaletę kwotą150 EUR (dokładnie, konkretnie za tą, która nie była dokręcona do podłoża - bardzo ciekawe). Twierdził, że zatkaliśmy ją papierem. Na dowód czego odkręcił ją i nam pokazał kawałeczek papierka wielkości 5 cm na 5 cm, wciśnięty w silnik wysysający wodę. Problem w tym, że osobiście korzystałam z tej toalety i nie wrzuciłam tam ani jednego kawałka papieru! Inne potrzeby załatwiałam w marinach. Tak więc, zatkałam silnik toalety własnym moczem, który zamienił się w papier? Czy jednak armator to zrobił, może celowo przed czarterem? Kolejna sprawa - brak kamizelek ratunkowych dla dzieci. Firma otrzymała od nas dwa e-maile przed czarterem, podaliśmy ilość i wagę dzieci. Zapewniano nas, że kamizelki, które mają będą odpowiednie dla naszych dzieci. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że kamizelki ratunkowe dla naszych dzieci są za małe! To w praktyce tak, jakby tych kamizelek nie było. Musieliśmy na miejscu kupić własne, po dyskusji z zwrócili nam na nie koszty. Chociaż tyle.

Our whole yachting experience with Master Yachting was smooth sailing, if you know what I mean ;) Every single aspect of the boat and experience was top notch, I have never been so relaxed in my life! Thanks to all involved in making it such an easy and memorable experience. The biggest thanks and most heartfelt gratitude however goes to our Skipper, Josip. What a Captain, and what a heart of gold! I never foresaw how quickly our Captain would feel like family 🤍 He took such good care of us in every single way, and we had so much FUN! We love you Josip! Thank you so much for everything, you are THE BEST!

SCAM alert: The boat had multiple issues but we looked past them. However, when we gave it back (honestly in a better state as we fixed a few issues…), they said we broke the toilet cause „there were bubbles in one”. We showed them all had bubbles (and he checked them before) and then the narrative changed again. Then he started lying about what we’ve done, brought his friend etc. Long story short, after more than an hour of discussions and showing them proofs they’re wrong, we had to pay a fine anyway (weirdly for the only thing that the insurance doesnt cover…). If you decide to choose them anyway, FILM EVERYTHING when you pick the boat up, even the way all the toilets flush. However, I recommend going for a different company in the same marina. Additionally one of the first things the guy said to us when we gave the boat back were some sexist comments.

We completely lucked out crossing paths with the team at MasterYachting; from start to finish this was an unbelievably pleasant and easy experience. We had a Lagoon 51, Apolon, for 8 people for one week. While we knew this would be a luxury boat, we were also prepared to get “cozy” since it’s 8 people on a boat… wrong. We were all happy to find that the cabins were spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, and enough common space for all of us to spread out. Josip, our Skipper… where to begin. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things at risk of him being completely booked up next year. Besides being professional, hospitable, knowledgable, and hilarious, he operated our boat like a car he’s driven his whole life. We felt completely at ease every moment of the week long trip. He was able to integrate our specific location requests with his own itinerary suggestions allowing for a good balance of exploration and relaxation (a lot of relaxation). Some sun, some wine, some laughs, and several home cooked meals… We left the boat with gratitude and new friendships. No complaints, 10/10, absolutely will be back to see our friends at Master Yachting sooner rather than later.

Polecam. Bezproblemowy check-in oraz check-out, katamaran L-42 utrzymany w bardzo dobrym stanie, czysty. Wyposażenie jachtu bardzo dobre (odsalarka, generator) i w pełni sprawne.
