Après une matinée de marche, un bon après midi de détente alors qu'il pleut. À l'accueil on nous prévient qu'il y a un peu de monde mais nous avons tout de même passé un moment très agréable. Découverte du sauna en Slovénie (en parti nu)... Le personnel est accueillant et il est même proposé différents thés, infusions, fruits et même des crèmes pour la peau. Le monde était plus dans la partie piscine, si nous avions nous, nous aurions pris qu'une entrée sauna !

Direkt a hozzá tartozó szállodába foglaltunk, ha esne az eső..(sajnos bejött, esett). Ettől függetlenül teljesen meg voltunk elégedve, szép, tiszta, nagy, nagy medencékkel. Ami külön tetszett az a kisgyerek csúszda: felnőtt nyugodtan csúszhat vele, elfértek. A kilátás pedig csodálatos.

Endroit magnifique, le top après une journée de marche intense aux alentours du lac. L'espace piscine est chouette, l'eau est bonne, piscine intérieure, extérieure, avec 2 spa avec de l'eau chaude, belle vue sur le lac. L'espace sauna, spa, hammam est merveilleux, superbe expérience. Estuve hoy con una amiga, pagamos el día completo pero a las 2h decidimos irnos. El lugar estaba lleno de gente y solo una piscina muy chiquita estaba medianamente caliente. Pasamos frío y no pudimos utilizar el sauna porque el aforo estaba completo. Dado lo mencionado anteriormente, decidimos tomarnos una birra en el bar que estaba en el interior y no pudimos hacerlo por lo fuerte que estaba el aire acondicionado. Finalmente decidimos irnos habiendo pasado dos horas de que ingresamos. No lo recomendamos.

One of the best spas I've been to! Massages, pool and saunas!!! At one point I was entirely by myself in the sauna portion and fully fell asleep... the staff was nice enough and didn't surcharge me when I left slightly late due to this 🤣 I would go back to Bled just to go again!

Wir waren nach empfohlener telefonischer Anfrage am gleichen Tag in der Sauna. Es wurde uns ein Baumwolltuch und ein Handtuch kostenlos mit rein gegeben. Alles war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Preis-Leistung top. Kostenfrei Wasser, Tee und Äpfel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parken war beim Hotelparkplatz günstiger, als wir gesagt haben, dass wir zum Wellness wollen. Wir konnten für 2 Tage später noch Massagen buchen. Insgesamt alles top! Wir kommen wieder!

We are disappointed as we spent 3 hours in the wellness. 2 out of hammam out of order. Same for the saunas and the sauna with the view on the lake is not working either.

Najprej naj pohvalim prijaznost osebja in lep razgled, da ne bo vse bolj na negativni strani. Tudi ambient je zelo prijeten, hotel v sklopu zelo lep. V Wellness Živa sva prišla, ker sva imela bone za 50€. Pred samim prihodom do hotela kjer se nahaja bazenski kompleks moraš plačati parkirnino 5€ - do 4h, 10€ - 12h. Gospod pri parkirnini zelo prijazen, tudi pove, za možnost polnjenja električnega vozila. Vprašava za ceno polnjenja v hotelu. 25 €!!!!! Ja 25€ ne glede ali polniš eno uro ali 10 ur na POČASNI POLNILNICI ali napolniš 1KWh ali 100KWh. Na parkirnih prostorih električne polnilnice pa parkirana vozila na fosilna goriva. 2x celodnevna karta čez vikend skupaj 44€. Plačano z bonom 50€ vendar tistih 6€ preostanka ne vračajo in ne naložijo denarja na zapestnico, ker jih tako ali tako ne moreš porabiti. Ja res je. Edina restavracija v Wellness bazenih Živa je zaprta. Brez objave tega na spletni strani ali kjerkoli drugje. Prideš na celodnevno kopanje brez možnosti hrane, kar izveš šele na samem mestu. So nama ponudili možnost izhoda za 1 URO, da greva nekaj nekam pojest. Kje na Bledu dobiš hrano v 1h in jo v miru poješ? Nikjer. Pobereva prigrizke po vsemogočni ženski nosečniški torbici. Omenjali so nekakšen pitnik za vodo kjer lahko napolniva stekleničko. No midva tega pitnika nisva našla. Našla sva le zaprto bazensko restavracijo z razlago "Restavracija do nadalnjega zaprta." Ok. Prideva v kompleks. Uau. Prvi vtis lep. Super ambient. Dokler ne pogledaš malce bolje. Oprema je stara. Odpadajoče ploščice, mah - ja mah v bazenu, črni medprostor ploščic,... Večina ležalnilov dotrajanih. Vidi se, da so jih poskušali očistiti z visokotlačnim čistilcem ampak so jih samo uničili - ampak so še vedno v uporabi. Niso udobni, ker odluščena obloga tišči in reže kožo. Večina ležalnikov je postavljenih tako, da skozi sončen dan na njih direktno sije sonce. V bazenskem kompleksu je zrak zelo zatohel, ker skozi lep steklen kompleks skozi cel dan sije sonce. Ok lep steklen kompleks... lep je koncept, okna pa so polna vodnega kamna. V bazenu se nahaja visok slap. Izgleda zelo lepo. Ampak ko voda teče preko previsa slapa, je komunikacija podobna kakšnemu klubu. Dereš se na druge in upaš, sa si jih razumel pravilno. Slap povzroča preveč hrupa za majhen bazenski kompleks. Tudi počitek ni najbolj prijeten ob odmevajočem hrupu. Po celotnem kompleksu več muh kot ljudi. Mrtve muhe, žive muhe, velike, majhne,... povsod. V sklopu bazenskega kompleksa so lepi tuši opremljeni s šamponi. Super. Ampak nobene zasebnosti. Vsi tuši so postavljeni v vrsto ob stekleni steni garderobe. Mogoče sem čudna ampak po kopanju se rada stuširam korektno, brez kopalk.
