About Us

At Dalmatinski Vrisak, we are passionate about breeding and nurturing some of Croatia's most beloved dog breeds. Our journey began in the picturesque village of Kašće, nestled in the Biokovo Mountain area, where a childhood filled with love for animals imparted a deep connection to nature and animal companionship.

Our History

In 2003, I moved to Karlovac for university studies in Food Technology, later pursuing a degree in Business Management. During this period, my love for animals continued to grow, leading to the acquisition of my first two Tornjaks in 2009. A visit to a dog exhibition in Zagreb not only sparked my excitement for the canine world but also marked the beginning of our kennel's journey into competitive dog showing.

Our Breeding Philosophy

At Dalmatinski Vrisak, we believe in breeding with integrity and purpose. Our kennel showcases dogs with exceptional bloodlines, selected from prestigious breeders to ensure that we uphold the standards of Croatian native breeds. We are committed to breeding healthy, high-quality Tornjaks, Croatian Sheepdogs, and Small Medjimurje Dogs, focusing on the welfare and development of each canine companion.
