Želio bih pohvaliti vučnu službu za iznimno profesionalnu i brzu uslugu. U trenutku kada mi je automobil stao na cesti, odmah su se javili na poziv i stigli u roku od 30 minuta, što me jako iznenadilo pozitivno. Vozač je bio ljubazan, strpljiv i spreman objasniti cijeli postupak. Automobil je pažljivo natovaren i prevezen do servisa bez ikakvih problema. Cijena usluge je bila korektna, a komunikacija jasna i jednostavna. Posebno bih istaknuo njihovu dostupnost 0-24 i spremnost da pomognu i u kasnim večernjim satima. Toplo preporučujem ovu vučnu službu svima kojima zatreba brza i pouzdana pomoć na cesti.

DEUTSCH / GERMAN Vorsicht – absolut unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren! Touristenfalle hoch zehn! Ich kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten, mit dieser Firma in Kontakt zu geraten – insbesondere, wenn das eigene Auto abgeschleppt wurde. Es handelt sich hier nämlich in Wahrheit um eine Art “Kombinationsbetrieb”: Abschleppdienst + angeschlossene Werkstatt, was dazu führt, dass man als Betroffener praktisch keine Wahl hat, wohin das Fahrzeug gebracht wird. Es wird automatisch zu einem „eigenen“ Mechaniker transportiert – und ab da beginnt die Abzocke. In meinem Fall ging es um einen defekten Generator, was ich bereits vorab selbst diagnostiziert hatte. Dennoch bestand der sogenannte “Mechaniker” darauf, selbst eine „Diagnose“ durchzuführen, die im Wesentlichen daraus bestand, dass er den Motor startete, die bekannte Fehlermeldung ablas und mir anschließend 70 € für 3,5 angebliche Arbeitsstunden in Rechnung stellte – für eine Tätigkeit, die nachweislich keine fünf Minuten gedauert hat. Der Kostenvoranschlag für den Tausch des Generators: 700 € – ohne Rechnung, also komplett „schwarz“. Eine Abwicklung über ein selbst mitgebrachtes (günstigeres) Ersatzteil wurde kategorisch abgelehnt – natürlich, denn so lässt sich kein maximaler Profit herausholen. Als ich versuchte, über den völlig überhöhten Betrag zu sprechen, zeigte sich schnell: Es war keine Kommunikation möglich, da der Herr weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht – wohl aber exakt wusste, wie er an das Geld kommen kann. Das gesamte Vorgehen hat für mich System: Autos werden abgeschleppt, direkt zur „eigenen“ Werkstatt gebracht, und dort wird versucht, aus der Notlage der Betroffenen so viel Geld wie möglich herauszupressen – ohne Transparenz, ohne Fairness und ohne jede professionelle Kundenorientierung. Fazit: Sollte euer Auto von dieser Firma abgeschleppt werden, besteht darauf, dass es zu einer freien, unabhängigen Werkstatt gebracht wird – am besten direkt mit einem anderen Abschleppdienst. Diese Firma nutzt Zwangslagen gezielt aus, um Touristen finanziell über den Tisch zu ziehen. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als eine organisierte Masche – rechtlich vielleicht schwer greifbar, aber moralisch absolut verwerflich. ⸻ ENGLISH / ENGLISCH Warning – completely untrustworthy business! Classic tourist trap! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company – especially if your car gets towed. This is not just a towing service – it’s a combined business: towing and a “partner” repair shop. And once your car is with them, you have no real choice where it goes. It’s automatically taken to their own mechanic – and that’s where the rip-off begins. In my case, it was a faulty alternator, which I had already diagnosed myself. Still, the so-called “mechanic” insisted on performing his own “diagnosis,” which basically meant starting the engine, seeing the error message (that I had already told him about), and then charging me €70 for 3.5 claimed work hours – for something that clearly took under five minutes. The price he wanted for replacing the alternator? €700 – off the books, no receipt. When I offered to bring my own (cheaper) part, this was immediately refused – of course, because it would cut into his profit. And when I tried to discuss the price, I quickly found that communication was impossible – the man spoke neither English nor German, yet somehow knew exactly how to get paid. This entire setup seems like a deliberate system: tow the cars, take them to their own shop, and take advantage of people in vulnerable situations by charging as much money as possible – with no transparency, no fairness, and no professional attitude. Bottom line: If your car is towed by this company, insist that it goes to an independent workshop – or better yet, call a different towing service from the start. This is a trap designed to extract money from tourists in distress. In my opinion, it’s nothing short of an organized scam – maybe legal on paper, but morally unacceptable.
