We had a problem with a landlord in Dublin (25 Windsor Road) who did not want to pay back the deposit. Thanks to the mediation done by the RTB staff we got our money back! RTB people were friendly and efficient

Web pages don't load properly, not mobile friendly and disgraceful that you get stung for €90 to re-register an existing tenancy when nothing has changed!! Money for nothing 😠

they make it a legal requirement to register a tenancy and send you to complete applications online and yet, the website is the slowest and most frustrating experience ever. Pages don't open, the registration process is very time consuming and I don't even want to go into talking about correcting errors, where the whole thing has to be started again.

Why do you not publish a contact number if dialling from North of Ireland. People travel and nedd to make contact. Where is your customer service?
