We stopped at several wineries in Lumbarda and this was by far the best. Their version of the local wine, Grk, is the best on the island. It is a family-run business, and the winemaker himself pours the wine and shares his knowledge and passion for it with each guest. While all of the tastings we had came with some sort of snack like crackers or nuts, the tasting at Bire included cheese, prosciutto, olives, nuts, dried cranberries, tomatoes, and toast. There is no sea view. It’s all about great wine and it’s definitely worth the stop. Cash only.

Гарні вина. Особливо сподобалось ігристе вино, біле вино GRK. Частині нашої команди сподобалось червоне вино В асортименті тільки дегустації з невеликими закусками. Якщо вам хочеться спробувати гарні локальні вина - то вам тут сподобається. Тиха музика, квіти і гарні пояснення від одного з синів виноробів. Парковка поруч , треба пройти сходами .

Imao sam cast upoznati vrijednu obitelj Bire i razggledati njihovu vinariju, tehnološki savrsenu. Vino Grk uz fantasticnu pricu kroz rad obitelj Bire ima drugu dimenziju enoloskog svemira. Posebno bih zahvalio Ivi na vremenu i ugodnom druzenju. Vidimo se opet.

They have three different tasting options, 2, 3, 4 different wines and with a very nice snack selection, including meats, cheeses, toast, marmalde, olives, tomatoes. All the wines were very nice. We particularly liked the sparkling rose and Grk. It is a steep walk from the harbor shoreline. They have parking as well.
