Eko vino ŠOSTER predstavlja edinstveno kombinacijo narave in tradicije, ki se nahaja v srcu Krajinskega parka Jeruzalem. Naša vinska klet se osredotoča na pridelavo ekoloških in naravnih vin, ki odražajo značaj našega vinorodnega območja.
S ponosom produciramo sveža in penina vina, ki so pridobljena iz skrbno izbranih ekoloških grozdjev ter s sonaravnimi metodami pridelave. Naša vina niso le pijača, temveč pravo doživetje, ki s seboj nosi bogato zgodovino in filozofijo, temeljito usmerjeno v naravne pristope.
Kot družinsko podjetje, ki ga vodijo Pavel, Matej in Goran Šoster, združujemo tradicijo in inovacije v vinarstvu ter vinogradništvu. Naš cilj je nuditi izjemna vina, ki bodo zadovoljila tudi najzahtevnejše vinske navdušence.

Z dekletom nisva bila najavljena vendar naju je prijazni gospodic lepo sprejel in nama predstavil nekatera njihova vina ter opisal njihov nacin pridelave. Lepa izkusnja 🙌🏻

Warum ist es bei euch so chaotisch und dreckig? Das Glas zur Weinprobe hatte so ziemlich jeden Fingerabdruck aus der Gegend und war ekelig. Sind schnell wieder dort weg. Schade, dabei wäre es von Vorteil als Bio Landwirtschaft, den Menschen" Bio " näher zu bringen. Aber so leider nicht.

Deux frères gèrent une superbe vigne bio en plusieurs blancs. Je conseille le sauvignon-chardonnay naturel. Un délice ! Excellent acceuil.

Une belle découverte des vins bio de Pavel et son frère, deux viticulteurs passionnés ! Leurs vins blancs sont uniques, très aromatiques et bien équilibrés (on a particulièrement apprécié le Pet Nat de muscat et le vin orange sauvignon/chardonnay, très orignal). Délicieuse dégustation au milieu des vignes, merci pour ce moment de convivialité et de partage

Beautiful place right next to the vineyards. I met Pavel, the aspiring winegrower. He is super nice and gave me an introduction to his wines (all ecological). The wines are super tasteful, original, natural and high quality. I highly recommend to go there if you're open to modern and more unconventional wines. I'll definitly come back.

Wonderful place. We had such a good time here. Especially for us they did a wine tasting on Sunday evening. Great organic wines. It's amazing to see the passion of the 2brothers to start their business. Absolutely recommend going there!

Beautiful surroundings, very nice people and the wine was tremendously good. The two brothers could tell us a lot about their vineyard and the whole region. Not crowded at all, come to the region and taste the great wine!

Nice place to stay and relax with these friendly people. Pure ecological vine with an unique taste, great experience! (I also enjoyed the matjes served after vine tasting :) ) Despite the long way to travel we will definitely visit it again.

Fantastic place where you can buy very good ecological wine. The taste of the wine is special. The owners are friendly and the whole production is handmade. Also a perfect wine if you are looking for vegan wine. Would definetly come back. Thanks for this great wine experience!
