Wir haben einen Familienurlaub in der Villa gemacht und es war wunderschön. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und alles ist in einem tollen Zustand. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

We had a wonderful vacation in Croatia, and staying at this villa made it even more special. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed — a nice pool with a retractable roof, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. There were also various entertainment options available, so we always had something to do, whether we wanted to relax or have some fun. The area around the villa was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature - a perfect place to unwind. The host, Matija, was very kind, always available, and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Croatia.

Eine wunderschöne Finka/ Villa, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist genial 🤩. Wir hatten dann plötzlich noch ein neues Familienmitglied 🐈, sehr unterhaltsam 😊 Da war die Abreise doppelt schwer.

Great place for a relaxed pace. Forget Pula or Rovinj, you can drive there for a day trip. This is a beautiful place in the heart of Istria where you can wake up to a great espresso and go to the pool. If it rains or it is cold, go to the pool under the dome. Very nice decorations in the house too. Safe and fun for kids as well. If you want some more people, drive 10 min to Pazin and have some pastries. Very happy and will recommend that others stay here.

It was excellent holidays for our family . Everything in villa is great. We loved the quiet and peacefull place. Pool is really fantastic. Also the owner of the villa is very kind, accommodating and he prepared a wonderful welcome gifts. It is a perfect stay in Istra where you can feel like home. Lepa vila z ogrevanim bazenom in jacuzijem. Mi smo bilo v mesecu februarju. In se seveda kopali v zunanjem bazenu, ki je imel 21 stopinj. Prostor pa tudi 33 stopinj. Zunaj pa je bilo okoli 8. Hiša zelo lepo urejena. Čistoča 10/10. V kuhinji vse, kar potrebuješ in še veliko več. Kava aparat, ki sproti melje svežo kavo. Lepa dobrodošlica od gostitelja(vino, piškoti, med in testenine)Podpora gostitelja na vsa moja vprašanja je bila tudi 10/10. Cena zelo ugodna za tako vilo. Imeli smo tudi pse, ki so zelo uživali. Mirna okolica. Vse, kar potrebuješ za top relax. Z veseljem bi ponovno prišel. Zelo priporočam družinam z manjšimi otroci.

Odwiedziłem Ville Julijud w styczniu tego roku. Jest to świetnie wyposażony dom, który wygląda jakby był wyjęty z bajki, z czynną cały rok strefą basenu i jacuzzi. Kontakt z gospodarzem świetny, a całości dopełniają przepiękne miejsca półwyspu Istria. Polecam wszystkim chcącym odpocząć w spokojnym i pięknym miejscu zdala od zgiełku i codzienności.

Cosy and calm place to stay away from everdays rush. Place is very clean with everything you need. Host is really nice and helpful….and yeah pool and jacuzzi are great.
