Wir waren zwei Wochen auf dem Anwesen Tosic Estate, mit neun Erwachsenen, einem Kind und zwei Hunden. Der Gastgeber, war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns freundlich und großzügig empfangen mit Wein und gemischten Käse und Wurstplatten. Die Villa, ist ein absoluter Traum es fehlte an nichts, die Häuser insgesamt 3 drei, hatten eine schöne Aufteilung und waren sehr nett eingerichtet. Eine sehr entspannte ruhige Lage, auf dem riesigen Grundstück kann man sich zu jeder Zeit auch einmal zurück ziehen. Wir haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen dort verbracht das Wetter war auch auf unsere Seite. Vielen Dank dür alles, wir würden wieder kommen.

It was a truly impressive experience staying at Tošić Estate with family. It was fully resourced and we had everything we needed. Ivan’s generosity was in true Croatian style. His red wine is outstanding and is on par (or better!!) than any red wine I’ve had. I would highly recommend Tošić Estate to any group/family wanting to spend a week in the Croatian countryside.

This was the most wonderful place for our much anticipated whānau reunion. Immaculately clean, homely yet super spacious; my personal favourite thing about Tošić Estate aside from cellar tour/wine tasting, was the sauna. Doggo-friendly and worth getting away from city life for!!

My family (14 persons in total) were lucky enough to spend 6 nights at this glorious estate. Arranged by the team from 45 Degrees Sailing, it far exceeded all of our expectations. The perfect mix of private and communal space meant the demands of all group members could readily be catered for (including a child and dog). And then there is the outstanding wine produced on the estate! Ivan Tošić was a superb host and his generosity and passion was evident for all to see. I highly recommend Tošić Estate and we look forward to returning and also visiting Ivan’s other Villas.

We stayed at the Tošić Estate with family who visited us from the UK. On paper, it had enough bedrooms for all of us, great amenities and ample space for everyone to hang out, both separately and together. When we arrived, it immediately exceeded our expectations. The property is HUGE. There was so much space for our 3 year old daughter and dog to run around and explore. The sauna was impeccably clean and along with the hot tub, a huge hit with all the adults. The communal kitchen and dining accommodated us all easily. I was worried about fridge/freezer space but between the two fridges in the main kitchen and the fridge in each of the smaller kitchens, we had plenty of room. The fire in the big kitchen/dining was brilliant too (with plenty of firewood provided), as we visited pre-season and right in the middle of a very chilly bura! And I think my Uncle fell in love with the gas BBQ on-site, when he cooked us not only some epic steaks one night but also two huge pieces of NZ lamb another night. Which the BBQ handled easily. Ivan was very attentive during our stay, coming in on our second day for a wine tasting (hot tip: his wines are first rate!) and a couple of other occasions to check the pool and hot tub systems. He was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp with a couple of questions we had in the first couple of days. The bikes were in good order and came in handy for a couple of scenic rides. And the table tennis, pool and pool table got lots of use! As mentioned above, we were staying in cooler weather (April). This did mean that we found the bedrooms to be quite cold. And although we were a little chilly until we figured out the heating situation, I can imagine that that would be a huge plus in summer! Also, just to clarify the bedroom/bathroom situation, there are two apartments. Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In apartment number one, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms are off one hallway. In apartment two, one bathroom and bedroom are on one side of the apartment, while the other two bedrooms and bathroom are clustered together. And for anyone not familiar with Croatia, the estate is quite a rural setting (definitely not near the sea!) with small market shops in the nearby village and a couple of medium sized supermarkets in the next town over. We live in Croatia so knew to bring everything we needed for a seven day stay for 12 persons! And on the estate itself, there was more than enough to keep all of us occupied and amused. Overall, we were more than pleased with everything at Tošić Estate. So much so that we are trying to figure out how to organise another trip back!
