Pultruded Battens

Our pultruded battens for sails are constructed from fiberglass and epoxy resin, featuring a unique internal fiberglass tape that enhances durability and prevents longitudinal breakage. Available in tapered and full lengths ranging from 800mm to 3000mm, custom lengths up to 6000mm can be produced upon request. Our battens are available in various widths and thicknesses, ensuring the right fit for your needs.

Tubular Battens

We also offer custom tubular battens designed for vessels between 40 and 140 feet. Made from fiberglass and carbon fiber, these battens are built to specific measurements, with a maximum length of 18 meters, suitable for both cruising and racing conditions. Custom features such as Kevlar sheathing are available to enhance safety and ease of replacement.

Battens for Furling Boom Systems

Our monolithic non-tapered battens, crafted from fiberglass and epoxy resin, offer exceptional strength, designed specifically for use in furling boom systems. Launched in 2000, these battens have proven their reliability, with maximum lengths also extending to 18 meters. Custom carbon fiber reinforcement is available to improve performance.
